We are lucky enough to have an amazing food truck stop in town! I had the best burger in such a long time! I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger with a side of onion rings. I actually texted the order in which they were super responsive and nice! I showed up an hour later and it was ready! The burger was medium and totally juicy with great flavor with Loads of mushrooms and Swiss cheese. The bun was brioche bread and light and fluffy but withstood the burger. A side of mystery sauce that I dipped the crispy perfect onion rings and I was in heaven! Can't wait for them to come back! Apparently, they come every Thursday and park over at lucy's old place.
