They fixed my IPhone when Verizon couldn't even though I pay Verizon quite a bit a month! They need to invest in a tech guy or someone that can help with these issues especially if we have insurance! Great customer service and I would definitely go back!

They were able to replace my cell phone battery and save me the price of a whole new phone. Always dependable.

My child dumped a phone in the mud. I tried to remove the battery and gave up. The plug wouldnt insert. One person just said "your phone is toast."A tech at Mobilecomm opened it up and checked the connectors for free and connected them. I had plugged them wrong. I thought the screen was cracked. It was fine and the tech replaced the screen protector. In 20 minutes I had friendly and prompt service and a fully functional phone. This is mot the first time that this company gave me great service.

Have fix several phones at this location. They have always been good and reasonable to us. Great customer service

I've had issues with my Iphone twice in the last year. I took it to Verizon and they just glanced at it and said it was old and I needed a new one. I told them I didn't want a new one and they quoted me one anyway. Left them and went to MobileComm and they tore into it and fixed the issue, NO CHARGE, both times! We have purchased phones from them and have had repairs done multiple times, we will be seeing them again.

I got my purse stolen a few months ago. The app "Find my iPhone" tracked my phone to this location. I went there and had my phone. It was on the "disable" and pass code mode that I activated with find my iPhone app... The employees were not helpful in letting me know how they got the phone, who sold it to them. Said their cameras were fake and didn't work. I don't understand why this establishment had a stolen phone... It seems as if they were trying to get it unlocked so they could sell it. SKETCHY.

Poor customer service. Particularly the guy who has been mentioned before. He really shouldn't be customer facing

Second time going in for repairs and both times I received quick and courteous service.

The person I talked to at this location was a dick for no reason at all. He didn't even want to look at my phone at all because Apple said it has water damage. I took it to a few other places and I was right. Apple straight up lied. There was no water damage and they missed out on business because I got the screen fixed somewhere else.

My widowed mom went to replace a broken phone and they tried to sell her a stolen phone. Then wouldn't refund money and pulled other shenanigans. Don't buy a used phone from them as this looks like a trend. You can get good refurbed phones online, but not here.
