First, their rep Kevin was awesome! On time, friendly and professional...nothing but good things to say about him personally - an excellent employee.The only reason this is not a perfect review was the disconnect between the quote and the final bill, I was told by an office employee when we scheduled the work that the blower motor could be as low as $200 (and online it was readily available between $150 and $200 delivered so this seemed in line), but final part charge was about $650 (over $750 total with labor).Sure they have to pick it up locally, and the middleman parts supplier needs to make a profit, but quadrupling a $175 part price seems like nothing short of gouging. If you decide to hire this company, my advice is to get a written estimate before you commit to doing the work, And maybe get a comparison while you're at it.

Have used MJB on several occasions to resolve a drainage issue with my heating unit and when the part failed after a few months they were quick to respond and installed a new part at no cost. The always wear protective covering on their shoes and respect the home environment.Prompt and always on time, pleasant and professional.

I would highly recommend this company. Our air conditioning went out and we called three places to get bids. One place never returned our call. The other two places came out and gave us bids. We went with MJB Heating and Cooling. They arrived the VERY NEXT DAY and completed the job in less than 6 hours. They did a fantastic job. We are now "chillin" thanks to MJB Heating and Cooling!
