Rob and his team have always done me right. I have used them countless times and always been a pleasure to work with.

They were awesome and even answered my email at 2:00 this morning! Was very prompt and courteous! Will use them again if needed!

I need to praise Millers towing. I was stranded near Wichita and could not find a company willing to come get my car in a timely manner and called Millers. I was impressed with the professionalism and prompt service. I recommend this company

Presented an alleged statement and claimed to be true but probable. Now, when it was time to prove it they will not answer or response to sent paperwork. They have given numerous different names and addresses. Have sent a letter in the beginning on a letterhead of their own name with an address they had not been at in 7 years at the time. The tenant proved it. What a shame. Waiting on them to answer with their attorney. What they said. Well, new attorney. Shame.

Miller towing does even deserve to get this one star. I booked the tow thru my bank they texted and stated that a tow would arrive within 60 minutes. I contacted them after 60 minutes to be advised that there was no tow for me that my tow had been canceled due to payment. I contacted road side assistance again and advised them what I was told by the rep over at Millers towing. They stated the driver declined my tow after being paid by my bank. There was nothing wrong with payment. They just simply denied me a tow. No reason no explanation. I didn't even receive a courtesy call to advise that no one way coming. Poor customer service.

terrible service. I will never use again.my daughters car burnt to the ground by no fault of hers. called Miller's tow on a recommendation from a bro. Police said it'd be cheaper if I called it in.I did And explain that the car was a total loss. we were gonna scrap the car and just take it to scrap. we waited and watched city crews clean up the mess.all the firemen and cops and city workers left. except 1 cop car. I was in my PJ's and hungry so we left. called miller's and was told it was towed and they would call us tomorrow to settle the details. called on Friday and they say that it was WPD expedited tow and they had to do EPA clean up. Wanted $408 for the tow.( quoted me $85 on phone)said I'd need to call owner on Monday to discuss. called today and they want $600 for a totally burnt car.said the owner was out of town. How convenient. Total bait and switch on a 19 year old girl that just lost her world.Wouldn't even let me get her belongings or brand new $400 tires I just bought her. Nice job guys screwing a teenage girl in a totally burnt car.Nice shitty way to do business. Never use this piss ant company for anything you want done right. I wouldn't let them scrap a battery. Bad bad service

So sad. they don't even deserve a star. The customer representative was very rude. said they were to come tow my car in two hours but never showed up and never called. When I called, the rude guy told me that they got lost and I needed to give my number so they call back for directions. Waited for 30 mins nobody called. i called again and all I could be told was that they got pulled by the police. Very very very poor communication and lack of good client relationship. They don't deserve to be in business.

Their drivers are informative, careful, and they try their best to get there as quick as they can. They also handle car wrecks,.

Just not a good company the guy I talked too was rude. Choose a different company or regret it.
