Miller's Professional Imaging

Im very pleased with the photo quality that were reproduced in my photo albums and canvas collages made by Mpix (Miller's professional imaging). Also the binding and framing of my photo projects were spectacular!!I found this company online while researching photo printing services, and they came highly recommended for their photo quality. A bit pricey compared to Shutterfly and snap fish, but thee quality speaks for itself!Their website is easy to navigate, and it's very easy to upload photos for creating your photo projects. But Because they are a smaller company, there are limited frames, frame and mat colors, and collage designs, so just a heads up, but the photo quality (and facial airbrushing) is extraordinary!!Within a few days, all of my orders were filled and shipped, especially in time for Mother's Day! Everything was well packed and secured too.One of my collage frames was damaged in the corner, possibly from shipping or in the packaging process, but its not too noticeable, and Im overall pleased with the outcome. ***update: I reached out to the company and sent them pictures of the damaged corner, and they immediately sent out another canvas collage to me. It arrived in pristine condition!!Highly recommend Mpix!!

Miller's also known by their consumer oriented Mpix service is a local (Pittsburg Kansas and Columbia Missouri) business that provides photo printing, retouching and mounting services. They have always been quick to ship and resolved a shipping issue for me that was not their fault. My USPS mailman was stuffing prints I ordered into our mailbox and ruining them. Miller's suggested their rush mail service which always has a stiff shipping box that mail delivery has to drop off at the door. Three days before Christmas I decided to gift a few of my photographs. I placed a rush order with no expectation I would have them by Christmas. The prints arrived the next day. If you live in KS or MO support this local business by downloading the Mpix app or ordering prints from their website. The quality compared to Walmart or other low end solutions will surprise you. If you shoot black and white try their true black and white paper option for rich blacks.

We have used Mpix for years. Much of my family went to college in Pittsburg, KS so I like using a company from there. I have only had a few issues over the years that required a call with their customer service. The issues were always resolved promptly and fairly with kind and helpful staff. Their selection is great and I have a few 'go to' items I order every Christmas. The quality is always great and the items always arrive timely.I would definitely recommend this company!

Beautiful wall prints from our images, quick turn around, affordable. This is our second order and we will be back.

We have used Miller Labs for years. I am writing our review based on years worth of business with Miller's. After reading Marissa's one-star reply, I am writing to say that Marissa should have known to use a high resolution image when creating her product on line. Clearly she didn't know that when you have things printed - whether it be photographs, cards or anything else, the image should be very clear and high resolution. The fact that she didn't know this doesn't make her *wrong, but it doesn't make Millers wrong or responsible, either. You shouldn't one-star a reputable, high quality company because you didn't understand something. In reading your other reviews of different companies, most of which are one-star ratings, it appears you should do a little inquiring before making your purchases and find out what is expected of you to guarantee a purchase that you will be pleased with. Millers is an excellent company and their quality far surpasses Shutterfly. Shutterfly does beautiful work too. They offer affordable products as well. Millers is more expensive but there is a much higher quality result. You have to supply them with workable art (i.e. Your photography). I'm sure the quality of paper and envelopes was the top - it was your photo you didn't care for. Hopefully you will try them again and change your rating. Send them a high resolution image and se the stunning results you receive in return!

Mpix started branding their prints so Ill be finding a few printing service after 7 years of using them.

Do not use this printer! I requested 1 day shipping on a Thursday, was charged 13.95 on a 12.00 order for rush processing and, 4 days later have not received my order, which was needed for my 5 year olds school project. The company refused to refund me the shipping charges, and told me that paying for rush shipping doesn't guarantee that the order will be shipped with expedited service. I spent $25, and have nothing to show for it.

Can not thank Molly enough for the amazing customer service. I received my images and unfortunately some of them were damaged during shipment. I reached out to mpix customer service and Molly got right on it. I had my damaged images shipped and delivered next day. The print quality is outstanding! I can't wait to print more using their services!

These guys rock. I had a picture that I wanted to enlarge and print on metal I also paid to have the picture enhanced. It was worth every penny beautiful job and quick turn around. The picture was well packaged and was absolutely spectacular.Eric

I just wanted to THANK YOU for the absolute speedy and beautiful job you did on all of my photo prints and our holiday cards.  I fully expected to be late with them due to my late ordering and you guys blew me away with the quality of the prints and cards as well as being so overly prompt!  I ordered them on a Friday and received them on Monday evening, not even a full BUSINESS day went by.  You have a lifelong customer, thank you again and Happy Holidays!
