Miller's Five Drive-In

It was neat and nostalgic. The cheese curds were delicious, but the burgers were average.

This place is really good. We were in town to take my kid to the park, and stopped here to get food. Takes a few minutes to make, probably waited about 10 minutes, but at least it's fresh. The spicy cheese curds were incredible. You don't get a lot of them, but honestly I would go to this place and just order 5 orders of those and leave. . For sure a place worth checking out if you're close and want something new.

The food here is good, The 4 times I've been there. The people working there are very friendly Even during the Pandemic.

Today I finally made it to Millers 5 Drive-In(carryout), in Augusta KS. My vet is in Augusta, so on the way back home to Andover I decided to stop by Millers. My dad told me they had great burgers and other things, so it was time to try them out. I was not disappointed. The woman who took my order was very nice and a pleasure to talk to. And the food was fantastic. The burger, fries, tater tots, and onion rings were all delicious. And the vanilla malt was also excellent. I took my order, then waited a little less then 10 minutes and it was WELL worth it. Easy 5 of 5 stars, highly recommended.

Every town worth it's salt has it's tried and trusted institutions that have stood the test of time. In Augusta Miller's Five is such a place. Where else can you find a place that offer's Chick-o-Sticks along with a great lime aid in the summer? This little place is a drive in, meaning you drive up and get out to order. They have hotdogs, burgers, fries and ice cream. Your order will take a little longer than the fast food assembly lines you're used to,but the good, fresh homemade taste makes up for it. Give em a try and I think you will find that there will always be a place in your heart (and arteries ;) ) for their Giant Cheeseburger, onion rings and amazing grape lime aids.

This is the type of place that as a kid you loved to go to with coins in hand and get a treat such as candy, soda pop or ice cream! To top that, you could even get a burger, fries or some delicious fried goodies! This is that place!Miller's is a small walk up window Drive-In where you place your order, step aside and they will wave at you when your order is ready if you are getting something that needs cooking. You can get burgers, fries, hot dogs, chicken and there is a long list of delectable fried goodies! Green beans, mushrooms, okra, cauliflower, onion rings, macaroni & cheese, corn nuggets, pickle spears ( I don't like fried spears, chips are better in my opinion!)... and more!The front window is filled with a huge variety of different candy. They have soft serve ice cream, chocolate & vanilla. There are a couple of picnic tables out back, a few benches & another picnic table out front. There is a small lot to park in on the side and lots of street parking.

Always a favorite to stop by when in Augusta, even convinced my wife to give it a try. I've liked this place since I was a little kid, inexpensive and always had odds and ends. My personal favorite: Pizza Burger & Fry Boy Mix(Tots/Onion Rings/Fries), and a drink. Between my wife and I we usually spend a little under $15 for a both meals and even an ice cream cone. Delicious food and a hometown favorite for most.

I haven't been here for years so I stopped in today and waited for a few minutes for someone to come to the window to take my order but no one came. I seen two people out back smoking, who I assume were the workers because when I looked through the front glass I could see the back door open. I also seen others in their cars waiting. I left and went down the road for some great chicken tenders at Shane's.

This place is a classic and is very summery and serves very simple and flavorful food. It is also very affordable and their vanilla ice cream is amazing. Their food is very comforting and nostalgic for people who have lived in Augusta for a while.
