The staff is is courteous and will work hard to make sure their customers happy. I had to return a batch of my work shirts due to wrinkles in a couple of areas. The staff took the time to make sure they understood what my expectations were and made sure to note them for future service. I return each week with shirts consistently in the condition I needed them to be. Additionally, my shirts avoid wrinkles.I dropped off a white dress shirt with a severe ink stain in the pocket I considered ruined. The shirt was returned without any damage and without a hint of the stain.

I had a summer hotel style comforter laundered and got a message that it was ready for pickup one day earlier than expected. I got in on a special $20.99. Great bargain and it came back in a plastic zip up bag for easy storage. Friendly efficient staff.

I give them thumbs up for being friendly but I was disappointed how pricey it is. 2 suits for almost $40 and it doesn't look any better than the cheaper dry cleaners. The ones I used to go closed and I thought I would try it but not sure if I will go back.

This business has been here long enough that even though the neighborhood has totally changed from what I remember as a kid, it's still here, and now I know why. We were going somewhere else, but after a mishap, decided to switch. It was so worth it. My clothes always look amazing and they do all these little extra things. The sleeves of my suit jackets are stuffed with paper so they stay amazing until I wear them again, and when I dry cleaned my coat and accidentally left a pair of cashmere gloves in my pocket, they were cleaned and returned, no charge. I even trusted them to do my wedding dress, and no surprise, it was perfect. The staff is friendly too. The biggest plus, I never had to worry about them losing or damaging things. I am really going to miss this place!

I had a last minute request to alter a granddaughter's prom dress. I called Miller's on 21st at Maize Rd. Even though the seamstress was leaving in an hour and had other projects to finish they took the dress, did a beautiful job and even pressed it for us. The ladies were so sweet, friendly, accommodating and professional! I couldn't find words to thank them and couldn't be happier. I'm for sure a returning customer!

unexperienced and very expensive. they damaged a $500 dress for my wife. will never use them again.

If you need to do bulk laundry, it's $33 a bag and you can fit between 3 and 5 normal loads in a bag. This is for the basic wash and fold. Great for when I pulled stuff out of storage and needed a lot of laundry done. They do blankets and such but there are some limitations I had to ask them about. I generally don't do dry cleaning so I don't know if those prices were good. My biggest concern is when the laundry is done they keep saying they will contact you but out of the 4 times I used them in the past 3 months, they only called/texted once, the rest of the time I had to call and verify if my laundry was ready. It was usually ready but not at the store until the afternoon or evening of the day they said it would be ready by.

We use the location off of Maize road. The lady behind the counter is really nice and helpful. We have made this our primary location for taking items for cleaning. Once they had pressed my husbands suit jacket and she didn't think it looked right, she proactively had it re-done and communicated with us.

Ruined my dolcegabbana dresses and refused to pay for them. Very improfessional and very careless.

Just paid $70.00 for Miller's Dry Cleaners to destroy my $1,000.00 coat! No cleaning compensation offered not to mention the cost of replacing my coat. If you have something that you care about or is valuable, don't take it to Miller's Cleaners.
