Mike's & Sappio's Heating & Air Conditioning

Our heater stopped working right before the coldest days of the year. I called that morning and they had an appointment for me that afternoon. I asked the service tech to give me about 30 min lead time. The service tech was amazing he was able to get the heater running and make a few maintenance repairs. He was in and out in about an hour. Service call tune up and repairs were about 200 bucks. They are amazing and will be my first call every time!

Phil came out and helped us fix AC in no time at all. He explained and fixed what another company had done improperly. He was a life saver and will use this company from now on. He has been with the company for 26 years.

Wonderful company. Had to call on a Sunday when our air conditioner stopped working during all this heat. Robin called us back that night and set us up for Monday morning. Furnace wasn't operating as it should. They were out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Fixed it, checked everything over, and the house is warm again. Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I would absolutely use them again.

Philip came to my house this morning and resolved an issue with my heater and duct work. He was a complete professional. He figured out the problem quickly and immediately set about rectifying it. All throughout the process he kept me informed of what the issue was, how he was going to fix it, and took the time to answer any questions I had.
