I don't even wanna rate this place. Never have I been here. But I went next door to Kimchi and accidentally parked in a stall that was for Mike Seltzer customer and whoever the old man was that told my mom I couldn't park there was rude af. I can see why they didn't have business. If your business closes at 5 supposedly, then what was the issue with me parking where I parked at 5:45?! HORRIBLE. If you want customers you should definitely have a better way to approach someone.. especially my mother!!

Called and guy answered loudly and abruptly "SELTZER!" Okay....so, I work nearby and called to see if they could help me out with a watch battery. Guy says "yes, come on by". I go by on my lunch hour only to find out I have the LEAVE the watch with them for a couple hours. Serioiusly? A couple hours and come back? It's an Anne Klein watch not a TagHeuer. No thanks. I'll head over to Allpak or Interstate Battery where they can change it in 45 sec and only charge $4. Mind you, there were no other customers in the store and two employees out front. Had they taken a couple minutes to do it while I waited, I may have actually looked around and possibly BOUGHT something. Wow...what an idea. Give it some thought Mike Seltzer.

Not a place that I will ever buy anything from. Bad service and I regret leaving a ring here for them to sell.

Run....away from here. I took a ring in to be sized and he switched my .90 carat diamond to a .70 carat with major inferior color and two chips. I made him weigh it in front of me and low and behold the stone just happened to shrink. (sarcasm). Lucky for me I had my original receipt and appraisal from there. Still didn't get my original BETTER quality stone back due to a lack of color grading on appraisal....but at least got the right carat and better than one he tried to put in. Learned the hard way to get detailed appraisals and certified diamond paperwork. Just naive that people like this exist and can sleep at night. After I shared my nightmare story to a member of a ladies group I am in, she told me an even bigger horror story about Mike. She was able to walk out with her original stone because she knew how to find the identity marker. How many women does he actually get away with this with?!

This man is so rude!!!! I was told I was getting an amazing deal on a necklace. Not true at all !!! It was hollow and cost 3 times what any other jewelry store would have charged me . When I went to ask for my money back he was very upset with me he said he would only do store credit . He would not even look at me at that point and was very rude and arrogant. I ended up having to order something from the book. Wich was another 900 . So he made more money off of me . When I went to pick up the chain he had a giant smile on his face because he knew I was going to pay it off and he got me again. I will never set foot in that store again. And I would tell everyone to save your self the head ache , and you guys deserve better!!!! Do not buy anything from this man unless you want to get robbed !!!

I made a yelp account just to leave this review. I parked in front of their shop and the instant I stepped out a man (the owner? maybe) came out and told me I had to move my car immediately because he assumed that me being a young casually dressed woman of color I couldn't possibly be a potential customer. I've never been discriminated against in my life before today and I highly discourage anyone from financially supporting any business either run by or in the habit of employing people like this. I'll certainly never shop here.

I've been going here for awhile for engagement rings, wedding bands, etc. They have a beautiful selection of rings you just can't find at any big name chain jewelry stores. The prices also tend to be much better for the amount of quality they have. They insure your ring for life if you buy from them as long as you get your ring checked every 3-4 months for a cleaning, which makes your rings pop out a lot after it's done! They don't do appraisals themselves, but they have a special person do it for them and they get it done by the next day. I trust them entirely to not switch out the diamonds like some people worry about with big name jewelers. They custom made my wedding band to perfectly compliment my engagement ring and it turned out just absolutely beautiful! It did take longer to make than they said it would, but it was entirely worth it for my custom made ring. They have a lot of selection there, and if a design isn't quiet right, then they'll make it for you! They do give really good service, don't get too upset if they take a bit to get to you. It's only a few of them there and they can get really busy sometimes too (like on Saturdays). I will be buying jewelry exclusively here for the rest of my life because of their service, selection, quality, and prices.

They give wonderful customer service, when you are making a purchase. Any other reason for visiting, and you are dismissed. We purchased a ring there and they were helpful, and were helpful to the couple in front of us who was also purchasing. We waited for quite a while to speak with someone about diamond specifications for insurance purposes, they needed to keep the ring for the weekend and the man who attended us told us that he would "get to it when he could". Why on earth the jeweler would not have the specifications on a diamond he just sold a month ago was beyond us, and with scandals of other jewelers swapping diamonds, we felt uncomfortable leaving it and returned for it the next day. When I went in, I was dismissively greeted and a woman told me that they "were a jeweler, why wouldn't you feel comfortable leaving your ring here?" In a tone that told me how incompetent she thought I was. I left with no attempt on their part of keeping my business and left feeling dismissed and devalued. They have beautiful pieces, but there are many other places that do as well and that will treat you like a customer they value.
