After a home break-in a few days before closing, since we live remote from Wichita, Mikaela scrabbled to help with filing the police report and engage contractors quickly to repair damage and replace a destroyed AC unit and allow closing to continue on track. Mikaela's husband, in fact, worked with the carpenter to install a door to replace the one damaged by the break-in. They worked until late evening and had the door installed the same day of the break-in. We very highly recommend Mikaela and truly appreciate all that she and her husband have done for our family in selling and closing the sale of our family home.
