I purchased my 2022 Toyota Highlander, XLE, AWD (Brand new) from Midwest Superstore via online, or phone and transported to NY. The entire purchased went smoothly. Got my vehicle within a week. I tried around my area and local dealership are offering me $4-6K more from sticker price. Plus the wait is 2-4 weeks.Ask for Jerry Johnson, highly recommendable sale rep.

I have never had a good experience at this dealership. Every visit over the last 3 years has involved poor customer service, disrespect, shoddy work and ends with repeated visits to get simple repairs done right. The most recent visit is typical: I made an appointment for regular servicing of my 2015 Camry. I arrived on time for the appointment, and was told it would take 1 hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there waiting for 2 1/2 hours. No one communicated with me about the delay, and no one apologized for the delay and inconvenience it caused. My car was returned to me filthy! There were numerous grease spots on my cream colored leather interior where the mechanic had touched with his dirty hands and boots. I was so upset that my car was returned to me yet again in this grimey condition. I came home and spent 2 hours detailing my interior, except for the large grease spot on my carpet. My husband took our Toyota back up to the dealership so that they could see the grease stain and make it right. They made pathetic excuses for how that could have happened, and refused to apologize or take any responsibility. (They did give my husband a card for a free car wash, but I don't have any confidence in this place and the work they do.) The worst part is that the next day I noticed that my newly serviced car was now leaking oil! My husband called the general manger and asked him to address it. He sent someone to get my car and left me a loaner, so I thought maybe I would finally get good service. My car was returned and the only thing said was that the oil spots I noticed must have been old. Again no accountability, responsibility, apology, or follow up from the service manager or the general manager...and my car is STILL LEAKING OIL!!!I have really tried to make it work with this dealership. Shame on me for trying to keep it local. Midwest is the absolute worst place to take your vehicle for any maintenance or repairs. Even under new management this place is a waste of time and money.

Will never buy another vehicle from this place. Body shop is terrible, had to have my car detailed & it is still terrible. The kid did nothing but put some kind of obnoxious cleaning compound into the car & did not clean the area that was too be cleaned. Where they had my car in the body shop they broke a piece & they will not fix. Never purchase a car from here go to Wichita to buy a ford

Marla and Scott up front did an amazing job on getting my car in and dealing with the insurance company and Marla was constantly giving me updates..I don't know the mechanics name that worked on my car but I truly appreciate you!.. you did great. !!!! Don't waste your time here. Not a real Toyota dealership. Not qualified to work on a Toyota. We've waited 2 hours for an oil change and had an appointment. They still haven't changed the oil.

Purchased a extended warranty from Jerry Johnson, super sweet, and extremely funny and professional. I live in Dana Point and purchased my 2023 4Runner TRD PRO from One Toyota in Oakland California. Purchased for sticker price ( dealers in my area want between 8k to 10k over sticker ) I asked about a extended warranty with them buy the quoted me $3800 for 10 year or 100k mikes with tax almost 4K, Thank god I found Jerry's name and phone number on a forum. Called him late in the evening and he answered all my questions. He then sent me a email to answer a few questions. The price was amazing!!! Purchased the extended warranty next day... call Jerry, you will not regret it ... Jerry THANK YOU!!! You are a man of your word !!!

Easy to work with, Jerry laid out my warranty options with the cost for each, no pressure, prompt and professional service, and he gave me an unbeatable price. When I decided on the warranty that was right for my RAV4 Hybrid, Jerry called me and the transaction was handled smoothly over the phone. Jerry is a great guy, even though he is in Kansas and I am in New Jersey I honestly feel like I have made a friend. I highly recommend Jerry for extended warranty purchases.

Got a quote and agreed to get repairs fixed here. Made an appointment on Monday and dropped it off expecting the work to start. It's now Thursday and we call to get an update and they tell us it hasn't even been brought in to be looked at. The quote was based on outside damages so it could change. They hadn't even taken the bumper off in 4 days! Just let it sit there. We're now picking it up and taking it elsewhere.

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had I cant believe they are actually in business the way they handle things. After advertising the car I wanted for at least 3 days it took three days to get ahold of someone which should have been our first clue. I set an appointment to come trade in my new car. I drove from an hour away to pick up the car and right away I noticed the cracked windshield. I test drove the car and everything seemed alright. Made the deal and they handed me one key with no fob (this car came standard with a key fob. Then the first time I filled up with gas the gas cap was missing. The heater dosent work right so thank goodness I purchased the extended warranty. The manager assured me they would send a check to cover the windshield which was only sent out three weeks later after we asked again when did they send it. I had to argue with the salesman that the car should have a fob to automatically lock the doors ( its not 1980s) so this whole time I have to manually lock the door each time and he is making the process an absolute nightmare just to get a proper key made from them which they also promised. The only thing I can say is the finance guy was very nice and seemed to know what the was doing. Beware if you ever buy from this place. No wonder people are buying cars online.

Do not under any circumstances trust the service dept w/ you keys or key phobb.. one of mine was "lost" here and when my vehicle was taken in to "reprogram" a new phobb it wasnt reprogrammed at all.. I know because someone has been using it to gain access to my vehicle. There are 3 keys still registered to my truck when there should only be 2...
