Three months out on warranty work for a short in one of the window switches. They don't offer any other help through other shops and their customer service is terrible. Don't buy from here!

Dropped my car off for a recall. Picked it up a week later. Three days after that, check engine light came on, code was misfire for cylinder 2. Took it in June 11th, explained that I switched coil packs 2 and 4 and the misfire stopped, but check engine light was still on. I waited without an update until July 6th before I went to get my car. Service writer said he was going to reach out. Said the tech test drove it several times and could not duplicate the problem. I drove it home, no problems. Next day the misfire returned. I found that I had mis-identified the cylinder. When I looked at the correct coil pack, I saw the problem immediately- see picture. One of the wires in coil pack 2 was partially pulled out. I pushed it back in and the problem was gone. Here's the worst part: I have a dash cam. It showed my car sat from the 11th to the 19th before the tech pulled it into his bay. He spent 5 minutes with his diagnostic tool inside the car, then popped the hood. He spent 4 minutes looking around the engine with a flashlight, occasionally wiggling things. Then he got back into the car for a few minutes, then did a 15 minute test drive. He parked the car and it did not move again until I picked it up 17 days later. He missed the loose wire(I would assume the tech knew which cylinder was #2), only drove it once, then they didn't contact me for 17 days. I wouldn't trust them to change my wiper blades.

I thought I got a great deal on a new 2023 K5 GT-Line but drove away with a lemon. I thought at first the clock just needed to be set and I would do it when I got home. Tried for a while to figure it out and then called. So the clock, navigation or remote start functions don't work. Sales guy said bring it in, service looked at it and said it needed new software. Left it for a day for new software and when I picked it up they said it was actually a faulty cell antenna. No estimated delivery in the part. Waited a month with me periodically checking in and finally the antenna arrives. Leave it for a day and now they say the entire radio display console needs to be replaced with now estimated delivery date. THIS STUFF WAS ALL NO FUNCTIONAL WHEN I DROVE IT OFF THE LOT!!!! Shame on me for not checking everything before leaving the lot. How did it pass the "Inspection"???? If I was the dealership GM I would be embarrassed by this happening on my lot. But maybe this is just acceptable for Kia.

Set up warranty servicing through their website, seems that's how they want to do it. After not receiving a call by the next business day I called them to make the appointment. Not only was the service call technician unprofessional, she also gave me the next available appointment 3 months out. I cannot believe that they think this is acceptable in any stretch of the imagination. Worst after the sale care imaginable.

If you purchase a vehicle from them and have any issues with the brand new vehicle beware! They will try to bypass the issues and will not do anything unless you keep on them about it. Literally mentioned an issue the last four times I've been there for service and they've done nothing about it. They don't want to pay for repairs covered under your warranty.

Went in for a recall and oil change. Was Told it would be about 1-1.5 hours. Ok cool, no problem. 2.5hrs later I have to call to see what's going on, am told "30-40 more mins" no update/reason. 1hr after that (3.5 hours in) am told "sorry we usually don't have a recall part (tf?) but we do have it and it should be 10more mins tops." Then the Chris dude working with me goes to lunch as my vehicle is ready! Unbelievable. 4.5 hrs later I have car back.

The worst place. I leased a 2023 Kia Sorrento and I am already having engine failure. My car actually shut down in the middle of a major street with no warning what so ever, like it totally turned off and would not restart. I was told by kia it would take SIX WEEKS to get me in. I called the manager who was supposed to call me back and heard nothing.. my husband called the service manager who told us to have it towed in so we did. The next day he said it was fixed, so we went and picked it up. An hour later it happened again. I now feel so unsafe driving this car because I never know when its going to decide to shut down, and the worst part is I am due with my second baby any time. Please do not buy a Kia.

If this representative of KIA - we are done. Leased (then purchased) a 2022 SOUL. Decent experience for the Lease sale, but at time of renewal/turn in they WAY underbid the value. We ended up buying from KIA corporate at lease end but we were offered almost $3k more for straight out purchase from another local dealership than what Midwest would give in trade for another car. Their response - sell to Carmax and come back and buy something from us. We have already had to replace the A/C condenser (at our cost) and now a check engine light that cannot be diagnosed for another 6-weeks due to that being their first available appointment. 25k miles on this car and I dread ever having to ask let alone wait for a time to be able to return for their "help". What good is a warranty if no one can utilize it. I agree with other posters here - our next purchase will go to a dealership that appreciates its customers as much after the sale as before.

If you're thinking about getting a vehicle from Midwest Kia DONT FUCKING DO IT! I have been dealing with them for a year I bought my vehicle in September 2022 and I have experienced TONS of bullshit with them. Here's just a couple of my experiences. A week before my first oil change/tire rotation the front passenger side tire was low so I aired it up and was good to go. Fast forward to a couple days after my oil change/tire rotation and my front passenger side tire is low again so I call them speak to the service department and start questioning if my tires had really been rotated and I tell them the story and how it's strange that the same tire goes low again. After a bunch of back and forth phone calls the manager finally calls me back and informs me that he went back and reviewed the cameras they have in the service area and sure enough my tires were NOT rotated!! Who knows how many other people they have scammed and charged for services they didn't do. I recently got in my vehicle started it and the air bag malfunction light came on then it would flash the message check tire pressure monitoring system and another light came on but I wasn't sure what it meant so I immediately call and was told to bring my vehicle right over so I did. I get there tell them what I'm there for and that I was told to come right over. They asked who I spoke to I couldn't remember the females name then they proceed to tell me there's nothing they could do because the technicians leave at five and it's already after five so I start getting pissed the manager comes over I tell him what's going on and he had the nerve to ask to see my call list and what time I called I looked at him and I said you are seriously questioning me like I'm lying. He then stated that his staff knows technicians leave at five so I pulled up my call list and showed him the time I called and how long I was on the phone he then asked to see the phone number I called so I show him he tells me to give him a few minutes while he figures things out. After about ten minutes he returns and informs me the lady that took my call had already left at five I smarted off with how convenient she knew exactly what she was doing. Luckily there were two other females in the back that confirmed to the manager that someone had called around the time I did and they heard her tell the person on the phone to come on in. The staff are shady! Once again I was treated as if I was in the wrong when in reality it was them! Trust me DON'T BUY FROM MIDWEST KIA!! They will fuck you over!!
