Out Of Tow Buyer Beware:Know exactly what you are buying before contacting them. Ask for More detailed Pictures!I attempted this but was given pictures that looked like a child was given a camera. This dealership just has "Typical Car Sales" people who have no idea what they are selling you. First off I was told my 2018 truck spent its whole life in Kansas which i found out by the car fax that It was actually an east coast truck. (Thank god no rust) Next I was told there was absolutely no cosmetic damage to the truck. (After purchasing, I found many hail damage and a few dents) I contacted them after to let them know and of course they said "are you sure, we had no idea" I did not receive any apologies or any attempt to help me fix the issues. I later spent around 1000$ in body repairs. Next I was also told there were no aftermarket parts installed. This also happened to be very untrue, as there were many aftermarket parts installed. Lastly I was very pleased with them delivering my truck to me. It arrived exactly on time and the people who delivered were very nice! Unfortunately on arrival it had all of its service indicators reset but nothing was changed. Air filter looked like it was never changed in its whole life and the Oil was filthy!Update: Overall I am very happy with my truck. I just wish car sales people knew what they were selling.

Went to 4 dealerships before going to McPherson's store. Other dealerships were a disaster to be kind. I left ratings for them. It's nice to go to a dealership that prices there cars using NADA book value. Saves a lot of negotiating. Had Ashley as a sales associate, she negotiated and finalized my deal while at home on her day off. Pretty awesome service. Thanks again for the great car deal.

OUT OF TOWN BUYERS BEWARE:Positive things first: Sales guy (Nate) that I dealt with in person was polished, knowledgable, and professional. Now the Negative: I live 500 miles away from McPherson and had been shopping for a Ram Ecodiesel and the one at Midway fit the bill. I told the online/ on phone sales guy (not Nate) where I was going to be on price assuming the truck was in good shape (I had already done quite a bit of shopping around). I told him about my price point about 5 times in several calls and emails. When I told him that I couldn't justify traveling to the dealership without being told that he could get to my price range, he said they don't negociate over the phone, but assured me that if I came to look at it in person it would be worth my time. I traveled 500 miles to the dealership and loved the truck. When it came to price the best price they would offer was $2,500 over the price point we discussed. I held up my end but Midway Motors did not.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Probably the worst dealership I've ever bought from. Sales guy had zero knowledge of the truck I came to look at. Waited around for 30 minutes only to have a paper pushed in front of me to sign with zero negotiation or knowledge of what they were trying to get me to sign. Was a horrible all around experience and by the end you are just signing things they do not explain. Went back for a "free" oil change and waited 3 hours for them only to try and sell me more stuff on a truck that just went through their 200 point inspection? There is not one positive thing I could say about my experience with them. Will never buy or recommend this place to anyone

If you want to get lied to, money taken from you and ignored when you need assistance then by all means go here. I purchased a 2019 Ram1500 Classic with 50,000 miles on it on 6 February 2023. The truck has a 6" lift and Mickey Thompson 35" tires on it. I was told the truck was new to the lot as a trade from out of state. We negotiated a price and trade in and I bought the truck. I met with Jacob Wiens, the finance manager and he was adamant that my truck being used and modified I should buy the extended warranty. After alot of back and forth he sold me a 48 month/130,000 extended warranty (it still had the factory warranty left). The cost was $3,538. I went to tag it and found out they had never done the VIN inspection on the truck title so I had to pay for that out of pocket as well. At 92,000 miles in October of 2024 I noticed some "play" in the front end and wobble in the steering wheel. I took it into Midway Motors and was told by Skylar in service that it needed both front control arm bushings and front lower ball joints replaced and given an estimated repair cost of $3485. They submitted it under the warranty and then notified me that it wasn't covered because the truck had been modified with the lift. I informed him that it was not modified since purchase and that the lift was on the truck along with the tires when I purchased it. He acted surprised and told me they shouldn't have sold me that warranty and the finance manager must not have been aware, which wasn't true as Jacob had commented to me how nice the truck looked with the lift. I told him I wanted to cancel the warranty and get my money refunded if it wasn't going to be covered and he said I'd have to contact the finance department since they sold me the extended warranty. Next he told me that I owed $137 for their "diagnostics" since it wasn't covered. Their diagnostics consisted of 45 minutes on a lift and some pictures that were sent to the insurance company. On 31 October 2024 I called John in the finance department and explained everything to him. He told me that he would look into the matter and call me back. I never heard from him again. I called finance again on 1 November 2024 and advised I was checking back in on this. No response. I called Jacob Wiems extension on 5 November 2024 and left him voicemails at 11 AM and again at 1 PM. No response. I called again on 7 November 2024 and told the male who answered the main line what was going on and that I was tired of being ignored. He took my name, number, the information as related above and said he would have Jacob contact me when they were done with a meeting. I have never heard from them. I would strongly suggest that you take your business elsewhere, unless you want to be ignored while they bilk you out of your money. That's their bottom line, make money and not honor any contractual obligation.

I am pleased with my recent car purchase. Everyone involved stayed late to help me finalize the paperwork and were patient as I read the fine print. They've helped with service even looking into a potential problem that wasn't ann issue, and have shuttled me home while the car was waiting to be looked at. I have liked both the sales and service teams and appreciated the attention I have gotten there.

First and foremost Brett is an amazing guy.That being said my car just broke down in McPherson and I had AAA tow it to Brett instead of the ten other places I was told to go. Anyhow I was told what was wrong with the car THAT night with was amazing. However,I was also told I would get $150 for it and of course come D-day I was handed $100 bill. My car stereo is worth more than that! Anyways Brett is quick and reliable as a mechanic I would just keep up on prices

Tom Ruxlow was very easy to work with and makes car purchase as easy as possible. I called and let him know what we were interested in, he parked it in our driveway, we negotiated over a couple of phone calls and I only spent about 5 minutes at the dealership to exchange vehicles. Very hassle free.
