I called to verify my appointment and was informed that I did not have an appointment on file (it was scheduled at my previous appointment). I was then informed that my physician was no longer at the clinic (this is the 2nd physician I've seen there that has left the clinic). No offer was made to make an appointment with a different physician. I had to ask the receptionist what other providers they had, and even after asking that question, they did not ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment.

Most unprofessional office I've ever experienced. You'll be upsold on additional services that seem like the answer to all the issues you've been having so you jump at it. As you are sitting down to have blood drawn they will shove a piece of paper in front of you to accept charges if insurance denies. You'll never hear from them again, until 16 months later when they change accounting systems and tell you you owe $800 because insurance declined the charges. You have no recourse to discuss with insurance because they are so incompetant you never received a timely notice or bill, and they won't engage in any conversation with you. DO NOT RECCOMEND, EVER.

These people do not care about you. I went in for a test and they never contacted me back. They never provided results, they never answered the calls, they never answer emails. It's beyond ridiculous how little they seem to care about the well being of their patients. In the end I had to go to different doctors and the hospital to get what I needed with as much pain I was in and these nurses/doctors did take the time out of their day to let me know what was going on.

My decade long gynecologist retired so I needed a new doctor for my yearly checkups. I scheduled a appointment with Mid-Kansas Women's Center Andover office, Dr Rogers. I was told to show up 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork. When I arrived the office was closed for lunch and no one returned until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The doctor and staff was nice, but I felt like the doctor was more interested in the fact I had Graves Disease and a Thyroid condition then she was about my women's health. I Explain to her that I did have a current Endocrinologist who is in their Cypress facility. She continued to talk to me about my thyroid and how traditional medicine would not ever be able to stabilize my condition. She went as far as to say that traditional doctors did not treat it properly. She told me that she had a side practice treating hormones and thyroid conditions using bioidentical hormones. I was polite and listened but I felt very uncomfortable and frustrated by her statements. She went on to tell me how the process worked and gave me pamphlets about the treatment. To be honest I felt as though she was speaking negatively about traditional practitioners treatment of thyroid and hormones and more personally about my own doctor and treatment plan.I felt the equipment in her office was not as nice as my previous doctors practice. The tables were noisy and the stirrups were short and didn't extend for taller individuals. It was the most uncomfortable exam I have ever had. She asked me if I had ever had my hormones tested and I explained that my doctor had done that the previous year to see if I was in menopause. The test that my previous doctor ran was covered by my insurance. She asked what exactly did she test and I told her she would be more than welcome to look at my medical records for that information, that I was only aware of the results. After she finished she told me that she would need some blood work. There was not a lab in the office to draw lab work instead they had me set in a chair and put my arm on the exam table. They ask me sign paperwork for the lab that would be running the results. I signed it not thinking anything of it, I've just always trusted my doctors offices to be honest and upfront with treatments and services, and this practice has never failed me until now. They sent me home with a urine test kit and scheduled me in a second appointment for a month out.I left feeling uneasy. I've had a thyroid disorder since I was in my early twenties and I have done a lot of research about treatments. Alot of the information and studies that I have seen about bioidentical hormones has not positive or have no proof of positive results one way or another. When I got home I did some research on the web and talked to a couple people who had similar complaints and concerns and other that had complaints about tests that they were billed for and the doctor had not discussed with them that the labs were uncovered insurance expense. I canceled my follow-up appointment. Last week I received a bill from the Mid-Kansas for $250 for lab work that my insurance deemed unnecessary. When I called the billing office and asked what these tests were the first thing she told me was I signed a waiver. When I started asking questions if these tests were normally covered by other insurance companies she said no. I went on to ask why then the doctor or nurse would not have told me this beforehand, she was unsure why the that information was not shared with me. I told her about how the physician made me uncomfortable and I felt pressured by the doctor during my visit about bioidentical hormone treatments. I asked the billing individual if the test they ran had to do with my hormones and she confirmed they did. I also asked her if she has had other patients with the same concern and she confirmed yes. When I asked them why the doctors practices were not kept separate they really had no response. I also expressed to them that I had not received the results of my patent smear test or any other lab work. She shared that it was normal practice for them not to send the pap smear results that they only contacted patients if it was a abnormal test. I asked why I had not received any information about all the other lab work and she did not have a response for that question. She said that she would give my file to the office manager to call me and discuss the situation. So now I wait to hear from the office manager. I feel like I've been bamboozled, the old switch and bait. I never felt like I would have to worry about going to my gynecologist and get caught up in some kind of scam.

I lost a baby back in Oct of 2022. The tech there said she couldn't find a heartbeat. She seemed so kind and caring that I truly thought I made the right decision with this office. It took them over a week to reach out to schedule a potential d&c and when they called me it was to come in the same day on a Friday. I work a 50 Hr work week and Friday's are our busiest day. When I finally got the voicemail it was too late because I passed the pregnancy on that Sunday naturally. I had no guidance and saw no doctor during this process. I was just called to do ample amounts of blood work. Months later I became pregnant again and once again the communication was extremely poor and the office is incredibly unorganized, granted, I am also very busy and sometimes my schedule is unpredictable at times but I always try to get it done. I came in once to do a ton of blood work and tests and finally saw a doctor with whom I actually think was the nurse practitioner. I was pressured to do genetic blood testing in which they failed to mention that each test costs about 3k and my insurance only covers 80%. Luckily the tech there couldn't get enough blood that day and I alleviated the extra costs that aren't even required. Then a couple weeks later I called to reschedule an appointment and I was informed I've been DROPPED because the doctor is no longer taking OB patients past June????? Crazy how I didn't get a courtesy call or even a letter to inform me of this. Not like I really thought the world of this doctor but I expected something better for my money and care. Totally disappointed in this entire experience. Do not use this doctor!

I felt completely taken advantage of both financially and medically. Went in for my annual well woman check, and was scared into thinking I needed extensive lab work, an ultra sound, a biopsy, and over $200 worth of monthly supplements! . After getting a second opinion (and thankfully changing Dr's and facilities) I now realize I was being duped. The icing on top is that after wiping my hands of this facility (and the Dr) I just received an additional bill 3 months after my visit!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I love love Dr. Rogers, however, Staff at the west office are kind of rude. They make me feel as though I am inconveniencing them every time I visit. And I'm not sure if they overbook the doctors but I usually have to wait maybe 5 minutes till they call me back and then I sit in the room for at least 30-45 minutes before I get to see my doctor... I was in a bit of a hurry to find an OB because I was having some complications at the beginning of my pregnancy but I wish I would've taken a bit more time to chose. But I am happy with my OB. She answers any questions I have, she has a very confident attitude which gives me that peace of mind that she knows what she is doing and really makes me feel comfortable.

For your own good, don't go here. They release your confidential information without your authorization violating HIPPA. They're scheduling is awful you will wait a minimum of an hour If not two. They have no respect for patients, will blow off your symptoms, and make no effort to resolve problems. I've been going here for seven years and the last two years their services have deteriorated. Reception will fabricate a story about you to management and have you dismissed as a patient from their facility when you have done nothing wrong but repeatedly asked to be scheduled on time. They will waste your time. Doctors are great facility staff not so much.

I had a great experience. All the doctors are very nice & I felt comfortable with all the doctors if Dr. Robbins was not available. Dr. Robbins would take the time to go over any concerns or questions I had (I always had a list) and would never make me feel rushed. She was super friendly and easy to talk to. I never had any issues with payments or scheduling.

Don't use them. Go to a hospital or other affiliated clinic. They will make you sign a contract for maternity care and pay out the nose. The doctors will bully and berate you into tests and "services" you do not want or need, or should not have if you are pregnant. Most tests will cost extra or are not included in the contract. My blood tests and ultra sound were supposed to be included( that is what I wad told) but I had to pay $$$ extra out of pocket. They did not file with insurance til 3 weeks after birth(late Dec 3015). I "over paid" them and they didn't even think of refunding me til I called them in Feb 2016. They were supposed to send me a check( I was told that I would get a check and if there were problems they could call me) but then put the money in an account I did not have access to and refused to fix there problem. I had to call the bank and pay to get my money back. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! They will try to screw you however they can. If I have another baby I will use hospital services all the way, or a midwife.
