Mid-Kansas Pediatric Associates PA

Our daughter's have always loved being seen at this office. Whether it's there pediatrician, Dr Jennifer Crosse, or one of the other providers, we are always well taken care of. They are always good at calling us back if we have a concern and I love that we can always get in with someone on any given day. And the fish aquarium in the waiting room is always nice while we're waiting.

This office is helpful, compassionate, and communicates really well. Dr. Haynes is our dr and she is so informative, patient with our questions, and so kind to our girls. We love the mid-KS pediatrics group.

I would not recommend this office for the care of your children. We started with them shortly after they opened almost 20 years ago. Recently we received a letter in the mail stating that they will no longer be seeing any of our children because we owed them a balance that was unpaid. We almost always had an unpaid balance until the next time we came in and settled up then. When I asked the billing office if they needed me to pay over the phone why they didn't just call me or text me. Then she proceeded to lie to me saying she left messages, when she clearly did not. I believe they are in the process of purging older, less profitable patients, in lieu of infants. Whether their internal policies have changed, or for whatever reason, after 19 years with them and never missing or avoiding our bills with them they have decided to discontinue service. Do yourself a favor and do not start a relationship with this company. After phone calls with them it was obvious they could care less. There must be plenty of better options...

I love this office! The front desk administration, nurses, and Dr. Bowen are professional at patient care, friendly, and accommodating. I requested a day of appointment at 8 am online, moments later I was contacted to schedule an 11:30 appointment!!!! Dr. Bowen has a great realistic down to earth and competent approach to caring for my child, which I greatly appreciate!!! Very thankful for all of the staff and Dr. and the convenient office location!
