Mid-Kansas Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

I had the most amazing experience with the entire team at Mid-Kansas Oral & Maxillofacial surgeons. My wisdom tooth came in literally overnight no they got me in immediately for a consult and had the tooth removed the next day. I'm super hyper nervous about getting IV's so I was obnoxiously uneasy about surgery but Dr Gagnon was GREAT at calming me down and getting the IV in fast and painlessly. The staff made sure I knew all my home instructions as well as my driver. Best surgery experience of my life! I will highly recommend them to my one I know needing oral surgery.

I had an appointment they called and confirmed and when I arrived they had never received X-rays from the dentist. Or the online paperwork.That appointment should've been canceled. But instead they saw my son. The office was unorganized and chaotic. The doctor seemed nice. I would think twice before you go to Mid Kansas Oral .

If I could give zero stars I would. Literally go to anyone other than these people, they are only in it for the money. Front desk people are extremely rude, snooty and passes judgment. I made a consultation appointment and I told the lady my insurance. She scheduled me for consultation never telling me there was a fee. After the consultation I was told that they do not accept our insurance so I would have to pay 100% out of pocket. They then sent me a bill later for a $50 consultation fee.. When I called to complain saying they knew my insurance and never told me that they didn't accept it so I would never have come for a consultation they said that wasn't their problem and refused to delete the consultation fee. I told them that they never told me there was a consultation fee when I scheduled but that also did not matter and they sent the $50 consultation fee to collections . The entire time the front desk ladies were rude and passed judgment. The doctor was in the room for all of 5 minutes and didn't tell me anything that I didn't already know. I would suggest using a oral surgeon that has polite staff and one who cares about his patients, not just the money!

Sat in office for about 40 min after appt to get my estimate. They Finally came out & said theyll mail it to us. Girls upfront are no help & not friendly. Week b4 surgery, called to get est. & was never called back. Called again & gave it over phn. It's an ex-pensive place, decked out, but they still charge 2% if using a card. They cant afford to pay it themselves??! MY dentist doesn't charge 2%! After surgery my daughter was shivering & never gave her a blanket or check back in until checkout! All these lil things add up to me not recommending them.

Dr. Gannon answered all my questions and spent a great deal of timewith me so I understood everything. The front desk staff was kind and explained all the costs. So I knew all the costs. The day of the surgery, they had me come into the exam room at my scheduled time. The removal of the molar went well. I would have Dr. Gannon do anything that I need the next time around.

Dr. Gagnon is an excellent surgeon and I would highly recommend his office for all your oral surgery needs. Everything regarding my surgery was explained to me in great detail, and all aspects of the surgery itself went very smoothly.
