My child's glasses frame broke over the weekend, when they are not open. Emailed the doctor we knew the best, hoping to find out my options as early as possible the next week. I was emailed back really quickly and ended up being able to get the frames switched out (and the fit matched with the old pair) within 5 minutes of opening on Monday morning, drove around the corner and was able to drop them off so my kid had working glasses before the school day really got going. With a kid who does not function well with broken glasses, this was SUCH an incredible blessing. We have always been very happy with the service with everybody there, and this was an "above and beyond" moment that was really awesome.
