Mid America Granite and Stone

First I want to say the granite we picked out was BEAUTIFUL! However, everything else (CUSTOMER SERVICE) was horrible. They told us to pick the area we wanted for the island. The did not cut the direction we wanted so that put everything in the kitchen granite running different than we said. (language barrier maybe?? ) That made us have to change our backsplash because of the clashing patterns.Our appointment time was set in the books for 2 weeks. I took the day off work. our 930 appointment came and went - they showed up after 2 pm that day. I even drove to their building at noon because nobody was answering my calls or emails. Dave the Owner shrugged his shoulders and asked what we wanted him to do about it he had people out sick. I said "A courtesy phone call would of went a LONG ways!"Mid American Granite & Stone had to come out a couple times to make things right; from not having rounded corner on one of the edges, to a broken piece of granite and the sink was not set down property in the hole they digitally scanned our kitchen for (and in trying to make right they damaged our brand new kitchen sink and they cut and destroyed the entire left side of the sink cabinet.) They never asked if they could cut they just did. They never call or text they just show up even though I had several text saying they would call first. They were ALWAYS late and I never got a phone call.Having them come out to fix issues caused us more problems/damages not to mention sloppy silicone job that is all over the new sink. We have made agreement on fixing price to help make things right. I just wanted to put review for anyone that is reading this about our experience. The pre purchase experience is wonderful. but once you give them money they forget the customer service!!!

To our surprise, they don't just offer granite tops, they offer kitchen & bathroom sinks as well. They even got our add on cabinet custom made to match our current uniquely design cabinets. Thank you Braden Miller & Scott for making all this happen. Your skills & attention to details are impeccable. Braden, I'm beyond impressed with your knowledge & skills, it goes to shows you've been doing this for a long time. Thank you again for making the extra trip back to repair the minor things. Dave, we appreciate you checking in on the project and making sure we were completely satisfied. We can't Thank You guys enough for getting it all done by the cutoff date. We love how our MSI countertops turned out. The customer service was great. They took the time to show us the products and options was wonderful. I was able to get a great looking product at a great price. I would highly recommend Mid America Granite and Stone.
