Bought a Washer Dryer. Had a small issue when delivered but they took care of it right away. Tom was so nice.I would highly recommend this store. Had purchase a fridge last year from them and its doing great.Sheila

These guys should be put out of business. They bypass safety devices to get used appliances working and then sell them to unsuspecting customers. The work I have seen come out of this place could easily result in a house fire and or a loss of life. I highly recommend using DT's used appliance instead.

These folks are to be avoided. I would rather have no working appliances than deal with them again. Sold me a leaky washer and a dryer that occasionally just starts beeping out of nowhere. The sent someone to fix the washer. On his second attempt he DID repair it and the machine no longer leaks. However, his service vehicle leaked oil in my driveway... which previously had NO oil marks on it. The sales person I spoke with seemed short of patience everytime I spoke with her. She really wasn't too happy about having to send a technician out OR when I called to complain about the oil spots. Though I got a working washer and dryer in the end, I feel these units will not last much beyond my 30 day warranty. I purchased from them because I felt it was an old enough business and that you don't stay in business that long without doing good service. There are plenty of places to get an appliance repaired or buy a used appliance in Wichita. Sight unseen, I would recommend any of them over these folks.

NEVER go to mid America appliance. Not only are they reluctant to work with you from the get go on price, condition history of the appliance, or warranty. But they dodge any issues you have until your warranty is up. I paid over $500 for a fairly new refrigerator, they offered a 90 warranty if I paid them an extra $40 to deliver it. So I agreed. Within 2 months, the freezer stopped working. They send out a very seemingly unskilled tech to take a look at it, determining that it was a bad compressor. A week later they show up to swap it out with a used replacement they found on eBay. A week later, the freezer stops working again. But this time they avoid my calls, only returning calls in the middle if the day knowing that I work nights and won't answer. They did this until today, conveniently when my warranty is up. So now I'm screwed. I just want to warn everybody I know to not trust these scammers.

I bought a washing machine from them and got it home, I live about 45 minutes away, and it didn't work properly. I took it back and they replaced it for me. I got that washing machine home and it didn't work properly. They replaced that one and it has been working fine. They honored their warranty, the staff was friendly and they worked hard to help me.

I had been looking for a used electric range. Looked at a few places and found a lot of overpriced and frankly pretty grossly dirty ones. Saw some listings on FB Marketplace and contacted a few of them. Mid-America is the only place to get back with me. Found just the range I wanted in the price I found a decent deal but what surprised me the most is compared to the other places I looked was how clean his used appliances were. Also they were very friendly and willing to work with me if I had any problems. If I need any appliances (new or used) I will definitely shop here again first. Thank you.

Highly recommend you avoid!!! Spent $400 on a dryer from them in March. Squeaked so loudly you couldn't hear yourself think. They came out and tried to fix it, unsuccessfully. Came out again, ordered a part... Almost a month later they came out to try to fix again when part arrived. Again unsuccessful. Finally replaced it with a similar dryer, which I was fine with as long as it worked and didn't squeak. Lasted less than a month, dryer won't even turn on now. Called to have them come out, was informed it's up to me now. They'll fix it for $150-200. THEY made this last so long that my warranty means nothing now, even though it's a different dryer than I purchased. $400 down the drain unless I want to pay them more. I'm a single dad with 4 boys, they could've turned this into a positive review just by fixing my lemon of a dryer. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU, BEWARE!!!!

Dont buy here they wont service their own appliances unless you bring it to them. Like people have the means of packing up a refrigerator like a suitcase and bring it to them. And to think I purchased 2 refrigerators from them, called them got promise to be called back only to never receive a call back. Then when I do call again the next day I get short shitty answers to basically be told we dont service it unless you bring it in...like what the hell!!!. Funny cause he sure didn't mention that part when he was selling the piece of crap to me NEVER BUY FROM HERE

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a washer from them that had the shocks already destroyed in it. When the people installed it, it ran fine for a couple minutes and I thought it was all good. I didn't know if they leveled it out or not but figured they did since they installed it and ran it. Once I ran it myself it got to the spin cycle and It rattled all four corners of the washer and made a ton of noise. Called them for the warranty for repair and the guy immediately said it's because it was ran while unlevel and that they can't replace the shocks for user error. After explaining that it was level (because I used a towel to level it after because the bottom was so rusted out I couldn't level it with the legs) and still rattling he said shocks would take a month at least to come in and that Was it. The dryer worked fine for a month and then crapped the bed. It doesn't spin at all. Their short warranty is already up and based on how rude the guy was on the phone it isn't worth it. Going to check harbor Freights because they had better quality and better prices.

Bought a washer and dryer and it was rusted in the bottom and where the hose goes. Called him to fix the situation was told all sales are final. Rethink doing business with them unless its brand brand new.
