Chips and salsa were excluded. We asked for spicier and it was sooo good. Food was exceptional. Nice, clean and friendly!

We stopped by for lunch between hunts. I ordered the lunch special #2 (3 tacos) and meal exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone in group had a great meal. Highly recommend if you want excellent Mexican!

Hoisington is very lucky to have this place. My friend told me to come here because it was his favorite place to eat at when in town. I don't normally trust his words when it comes to food, but I didn't have many options since it's a small town. I ended up stopping here before returning to Wichita. It was a few hours past noon and there was a family finishing up lunch when we walked in. A young lady greeted us and took my food companion and me to a booth. We looked through their extensive menu and finally ordered after five or six minutes. I picked fish tacos and flan. I was too focused on myself and didn't pay attention to what my friend got. Oops.Our lovely waitress brought over some fresh corn chips and salsa for us to munch on while waiting for our food. The salsa was amazing! They were so generous with the free snacks that neither my friend nor I was able to finish. My fish tacos were DELICIOUS, probably the best I've ever had so far. You'd think three tacos wouldn't be enough. Wrong! I had to take one home. The flan was delivered to my table halfway through my meal. It was pretty good, but not out-of-the-world good. Just good. The service was okay. It was a quick lunch so I don't have much to comment on. Our waitress was there when we needed her and she gave us space. Though quiet, she was polite. Overall, I really enjoyed eating here. Acceptable service, exceptional food. I thought it was cute how they had jars of candy on the counter and a cup for coins. A group of young elementary school aged boys walked in at one point and dropped some coins in the cup in exchange for some candy. Adorable!

Little gem in middle of KS. Good enchiladas. Pleasantly surprised. Lunch service was quick. Food was tasty. No wonder the parking lot was full for lunch on a Wednesday.

The food was good. The service, going back several years, was terrible. Perhaps that's been addressed and if so, I'd give them 4-5 stars.

Cheese was not melted in cheese dip or on quesadillas. Service was okay, not quick. Family friendly environment.

We moved here from Arizona and we were very pleased with the food and service. We'll definitely be visiting again!

Nicest people, best service and best food. Salsa is terrific!! Variety is amazing, and dining is always a pleasure!!
