Mi Pueblito

On our previous visits to Caldwell, Mi Pueblito was not open for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to have breakfast here this visit. I didn't have high hopes for Mexican cuisine in Kansas but we were once again pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is clean. The food is great. And the employees are super hard working and amazingly friendly. We will definitely be eating more meals here!
