We're currently traveling from CO to KY, made a quick stop to MB of Wichita because we thought services were due. Campbell fit us into their schedule and was very welcoming when we arrived. We found out we actually didn't need services until 10k miles and they were kind enough to offer a car wash since we were here. Highly recommend! Great customer service!

Angela Pacheco has been my contact in the service department for nearly a year now. Despite the fact that I purchased my mercedes on Craigslist, I am always given exemplary, red-carpet service. For awhile I though I was getting away with something, and when I 'fessed up that I hasn't purchased the car there so probably shouldn't be getting the free car washes and loaners or using the massage chair and drinking the complementary sodas. Angela assured me ALL MercedesCustomers receive this extraordinary service and that I don't have to sneak the croissants ;) I highly recommend the service department at Walser Mercedes. Even when Angela hasn't been there, there is always a friendly, helpful associate ready to help me (lookin' at you, Jeff Wilson!)

Awful dealership. On their website they claimed no hidden fees, but then they added an admin fee & out of state purchase fee. Was willing to pay full price minus the fees, but they refused. Dalton Banwart was rude, unhelpful, and had a negative attitude.

I have never had an issue. Just be ready to spend some money. Because it isn't cheap if you want to drive a Mercedes. Maintenance is the biggest cost. They have this thing called the B1 maintenance and it costs around $700-800 to get it done.

Via email and text, and phone calls, my auto transaction with sales pro, Gracie Abbott, went smooth as glass. I picked up my car at the dealership within 24 hours of my inquiry, financing secured through Mercedes, car impeccably clean and waiting for me. Since I drove from KC to pick up my car, Gracie stayed open beyond business hours to assist me in a perfectly seamless transaction. I'll give Gracie and the Wichita team all the credit for my choice to drive three hours each way to lease my new car. Take note, KC! Thanks Gracie!

Drove 2.5 hours from Oklahoma City to pick up our new G-Wagon. Signed papers and brought it home within 30 minutes of arriving. Cody, our sales associate, was so easy to deal with. He made the transaction smooth and effortless. Great experience!

So lesson learned for today: If a dealership repeatedly shows that it isn't interested in earning your business - believe them.We are serious about trading in our current van and have decided on what we want. We found THE perfect one last week (or week before last?) but it sold the day before I called on it.Friday, 8/31 - Call Mercedes-Benz of Wichita to ask specifics about two vans in stock. He takes our information, promises to do research to find us THE vehicle we want, to call Saturday or Tuesday (since Monday was Labor Day) - and we never hear back.Wednesday, 9/5 - Get an email from the General Manager asking if my questions about the vehicle were answered and if his staff followed up. Responded that questions were answered, but that we did not receive follow up at all. Manager never responds to the email.Saturday, 9/9 - We are in Wichita, so I actually stop by the dealership. The salesman instantly starts calling me the wrong name. It takes them 35+ minutes to locate the keys. I text him my info (while standing next to him) - AND HE NEVER RESPONDS. Doesn't even acknowledge my text. He doesn't look up information about the warranty and send that - nothing.Sunday, 9/9 - Text salesman again to give him further information. He responds that he'll have me numbers on Monday. Monday, 9/10 - Wait until 2 p.m. Text salesman AGAIN. Provide info for trade in. No response.Tuesday, 9/11 - Wait until 11:15 a.m. and reach out to General Manager directly. He is horrified about our further experiences, and the sales manager called me momentarily. Spent 9+ hours talking to, texting & filling out forms for the sales manager. He gives us specific amount financed, payment info - we tell him it's sold. Fill out financing application - that takes 4+ hours to complete. Odd. He calls back and they are requesting 25% of the amount being financed - so odd. Call USAA. Spent an hour on the phone with them going over figures he gave us - instant approval, no problem. Text him back and he says my numbers are off. Text him what I wrote down, the payment he gave us. HE FORGOT TO ADD IN THE PAYOFF FOR OUR VEHICLE TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT FINANCED AND PAYMENT NUMBERS HE GAVE US. He gave us credit for the trade in, made sure to add in the negative equity - completely forgot the remaining balance of the payoff.SO, despite our insurance having the vehicle "worth" several thousand below ($39,675) what they have it listed at (which is $47,900 on their "up front pricing" that they won't budge off of) and despite other comparably-equipped vehicles (though not exactly what we want - color) being several thousand less (3,500 more miles and $6,000 less - very closely lined up with what insurance says it's worth) - they aren't willing to do ANYTHING to remedy their error. (Now if they price the vehicle to what insurance says it's worth [or what other dealerships have for similarly-equipped models] we would be fine - and/or if they offered us what TWO other dealerships offered us on our van. But no, they have "up front pricing" which is their best deal.)

They told me I needed a new set of tires in about 4000 miles and priced them at $1400. I went elsewhere and the tires were $600 cheaper and they said my current tires weren't that bad.

I called in to MB of Wichita to purchase an S63AMG in their inventory, I Advised the sales rep I was from out of state and ready to purchase with my own transport and funds ready. All I requested was full disclosure of the condition of the vehicle since I was purchasing Sight Unseen. Photos and description of damage were sent to me VIA text from Steve the sales rep. I asked for some further clarification on some of the photos along with some additional photos, to which I received a phone call from Austin the sales manager with an arogant tone stating that "The photos we sent you are going to be the best we can do" I looked past this and continued to move forward with the sales rep. I then asked how much warranty was left on the certification, I was met with "This car is not certified" I said its advertised as certified on your website. I was then told it was an error and it was $5,200 to add certification. I replied "I will purchase the car for your asking price if you honor your listing." I did not ask for a Penny off. I was later advised that the GM approved the certification and was assured "Our dealership wanted to do the right thing and honor the listing". BUT WAIT THERES MORE! I was then told that the certification was only good for 6 more months, not the standard 12 months unlimited miles form the date of purchase that is Mercedes Benz USA standard. I of course questioned this, and got the sales manager involved again. Shortly after the call I was advised that I was indeed correct and was an "Error in their computer system." I then asked for Paperwork to be overnighted from the dealership. I was sent a Fedex tracking number shortly after. Later that evening I asked for clarification on a potential damage I saw in one of the photos that was not disclosed to me by the sales rep. I immediatly received a called from Austin the sales manager, He advised me that the salesman is 60 years old and he may have missed it, furthermore he stated its a used car its going to have scratches (I completely understand this and all I asked for was Full Disclosure). He told me he would personally walk the vehicle and send me updated photos. Shortly after the phone call I received photos of 1) A completely scratched up and cracked front bumper on both passenger and driver sides (NOT DISCLOSED) 2) an 8-10 inch scratch running along the top of the hood in plain sight (NOT DISCLOSED) and many other items that were NOT DISCLOSED by the sales rep prior to sending paperwork. Following this new information, I sent a somewhat lengthy message to Austin the Sales manager stating to him that none of this was disclosed, ETC ETC. I then Received a minute long Voice mail from Austin "we are sorry, we are going to cancel the notary, and we will not be moving forward with the transaction." as if it was my issue and in inconvenienced them. Talk about completely mishandling the easiest deal they could have had all year. It is in my opinion that this dealer acted unethically. I have to thank them for how this deal turned out, Luckily before the vehicle was paid for.
