I called to make a return for an item that was never picked up. The woman I spoke to said it had to be done online that she couldn't return it. I asked if it mattered that the order was placed 3 weeks ago and ready for pickup sitting in their store. She said, no you have to go online. UPDATE: I went online. If an order has been pulled, you can not return it online and have to contact the store. I call the store back. I get her name this time, Tammy. She CLEARLY does not want to do her job. Got an attitude when I told her I just spoke with her and was looking at the website and it's not possible for me to do the return. She asked for the order number, paused for a minute, then said "I'll see what I can do but I don't know" I said, "ok, we'll can I get a call back with an outcome?" Tammy said, "Ugh. I guess I'll go over to a register and just do this return so I don't have to find someone to swipe." I'm guessing at this time she actually went to a register about a minute passes and she said, "I processed the return." As I was saying, "thank you" Tammy proceeded to hang up on me. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

They get you unloaded pretty fast here but the employees are kinda "dry", especially the lady at the guard shack. Other than that, you'll be in and out.

Menards, in the Pinnick household AKA Fucktards. The saga is over. I've been at battle since November, even the corporate office is useless. See my final response:Absolutely ridiculous. I've previously sent a complaint to Menards corporate office and was told ultimately it's up to the store's general manager, approaching the general manager resulted in a quivering spineless response indicating the opposite. The response regarding inventory is laughable considering we were told their system "resets" every 90 days. We have spent over 100k at Menards in the past year. My husband (contrary to Menards responses, "Mr. Pinnick" is actually a female) works for a well known and respected developer. Ironically the materials paid for but not received were for our personal new construction build. If Menards cannot afford to make things right, I do have pity. That pity also comes with a dose of modern reality known as social media. 1k of my loss equals a storm of negative media for Menards. Oh and please assure the general manager of Menards in Salina, KS (Eric) he will never have to scurry and hide from seeing me in that store again. Everyone who worked in the Salina store when I visited was very friendly and helpful. It's a huge store, but they knew where everything I wanted was located. the store was VERY clean and the shelf items were properly organized. I will return.

Menards customer care is nonexistent. After making a large purchase, I had my contractor pick up the items, was given a wrong item that did not align with the project. This cost me me time, fuel, and money which I will not get back. Menards was more than glad to exchange the incorrect part they'd given. However, the proper part was not in stock, which led to the project being extended. By the time I receive the correct part, the project should've actually been complete. So much for "saving big money, when you shop Menards". A joke of a jingle.

One time one of your windows wasn't latched right and it fell on my head. I had a sever concussion and hallucination's, and all your employees did was give me an ice pack. I was 10. Thinking about it still makes me upset.

Menards will not stand behind its own building products, manufactured by their own subsidiary company (Midwest). Composite decking material that is failing ( twisting, cracking, cupping....deteriorating!!!Be warned!!!!
