My wife and I came in not thinking we would be able to get ourselves out of a mistake of a purchase from another dealership. Boy were we wrong! Robert "The Redneck Guy" Kinney was so patient waiting while my wife and I talked through our options and what we felt would be best for our family. I can't tell you how many times I heard Redneck say "you guys have to do what's right for your family". What an awesome experience. I'm literally sending my parents to him tomorrow! Thanks Redneck, Evan, and Casey for showing such authentic patience and care for us!

I bought a car from them a couple months ago . This car has had a couple problems already. When you want them to fix it as it's under warranty they tell me that it can't get fixed for a month. Yes it takes them over a month to repair your car. Then they don't have a rental that you're supposed to get while it's being fixed. They are such a huge dealer but they are to cheap to have enough rentals. I just want ppl to know what you're getting into when you deal with this company. They are great when buying a car but after is where you run into problems. They only seem to care about selling the car and afterwards your on your own. It's so sad that these companies only care about money and not the customer. You shouldn't be in business if you don't care about making the customer happy. Before this I bought a car from rusty eck and the car I bought from them has yet to have any problems. If you bring it to them it's done pretty fast and you can always get someone on the phone. Try calling Mel and have fun getting ahold of anyone.

Service Department was a tad pathetic this time around. Brought my car in for a recall and it was clean. Picked it up and it was filthy with grass all over the front floorboards. Better luck next time guys.

Never buy anything from them. They lie, they make things unclear and when you ask for explanations they start using ling and jargon. When you ask for them to explain that they flat out lie. The say they're giving you things (3 years free maintenance) which turns out to be useless. They gave me x amount of points but for a simple oil change I would need almost 3 X that many! I called the day after I left bought the car and told the5i changed my mind and wanted to return it. The said they don't do returns but they'd buy it back ... For almost $10,000 less than what I paid for it! Run people. Don't even look. Other places have the same vehicles.

Bought my car from here, all maintenance/oil changes have been done here. Car started leaking they said I had a PTU leak, so I got it fixed by them. Spent $1500. Car is still leaking and smelling, took it back in. Now they're saying I possibly need a whole new PTU unit and it's going to cost $4500 to replace and that the unit I have installed is an after market part. How can I have an after market part, I bought the car from you, you've done all the maintenance. They're trying to say they don't know what I've done with the car and I could have taken it elsewhere. These people are liars, horrible service, trying to scam people out of their money. Will never buy another car from them.

We had a problem with our A/C. Josh,Conner and the whole Mel Hambelton Ford Crew got us in and are taking care of the problem.We will be bringing all of our cars to them.Great Job

AVOID!! I made an appointment for 7:00 am, and when I arrived the drive was already so backed up with cars that I couldn't even turn in off the road. I don't know what an appointment at Mel Hambelton Quick Lane is actually for, but I am sure that they do not know, either. I had planned my day and even my travel plans for the week around that appointment, and it was just a huge waste of my time. This was my first experience with Mel Hambelton Ford and it will certainly be my LAST.

Mel Hambelton really let me down. Just found this old review. They installed a dangerous aftermarket part as part of the sale saying it would be like factory install. Ended up wrecking and having issues with in a couple weeks of purchase. I had to start yelling in the lobby to get anyone to fix the problem. Too little too late. Just like all the dealers who only care until they get your money.

Paul made a long- distance process a pleasant and smooth one. I live in Virginia and located the perfect car for me in Kansas. Paul handled the financial transaction perfectly. In addition, he set up the shipping of the vehicle as well. To top all this off, he sent a tin of chocolate chip cookies...icing on the cake. I would highly recommend Paul and the dealership as well. The car arrived in pristine condition minus the dust it collected on the road due to the shipping.

The quick lube is not quick. You can make an appointment and arrive and they will let 10 cars ahead of you that just show up. It is not by appointment as they make it seem. I have waited hours on multiple occasions for an oil change and tire rotation. Your time means nothing to them. We purchased a brand new car from Mel Hambilton in 2022 with a service package. I wish we had not. Now we are stuck going to the quick lube for oil and tire rotations. Believe all of the negative reviews. They are true! I won't buy another vehicle from them due to the multiple horrible and lengthy experiences with the quick lube.
