Mcpherson Quick Lube

First time being there yesterday and I will say the owner is a very amazing person he believes in customer service and meets all expectations he is one of the last independently owned in the state of Ks been doing this for 30 plus years !!!! Very friendly to chat with and his staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and very on top of customer service as well if you need a quick oil change in 20 mins they have a lounge to set in tv to watch pops and snacks they truly make you feel welcomed if I could I would give them a 10 star rating for all they do keep up the awesome job team !

I called to see if I needed an appointment and the lady said, "No it was first come first serve."I drove in the next day and I then get told the guy who does the service I want won't be back until tomorrow. I called and drove in for nothing.

I've been taking my cars to these guys for 15 years. Never had a problem. My only negative comment would be that sometimes they get busy and a couple of times I have had to wait a half an hour or more to get serviced. I have since found out that going early in the morning avoids the busy times and I haven't had to wait since.

This place is terrible. A good friend took her car to McPherson quick lube for a simple oil change. She got the car back and it was suddenly leaving oil spots on the floor. I crawled under the car just to find out they didn't even get the oil plug bolt back in FINGER TIGHT. I got 3/4 of a turn on the oil plug with my fingers. Apparently they don't know how to use a 14mm wrench... And it cost a her $50. Good thing the plug didn't vibrate out so while she was on the road.
