McPherson Inn

My daughter made a reservation on December 17, 2021 for December 20. They took her debit card number and sent a reservation confirmation. She drove 650 miles arriving at night and the hotel was closed. First she called the reservation number and they didn't know anything, so she hung up and let me know what was going on. I then called the reservation desk and three separate occasions over a period of an hour and spoke repeatedly to foreigners who did not even know where Kansas was located much less that the hotel had been closed. After an hour of looking around my daughter found a hotel that would take her in so she's safe but we will never use Wyndham hotels again. Did I say that the reservation desk had no idea that the hotel was closed and they were completely unable to help us in anyway including guaranteeing that they wouldn't take money out of her checking account -- freaking morons!
