McGavock Nissan of Wichita service department refused to honor my factory Nissan Warranty when my mass air flow sensor went out. They stated that because my air filter had been changed that it had voided my warranty. Isn't that something that is changed with regular maintenance? When I tried to question this the service department said my car would be ready for me to pick up in an hour and hung up on me. They then "offered" to replace it for nearly $500. My regular mechanic will replace for $240. Although I should not have to pay anything, I would rather pay my regular mechanic than a dealership who refuses to honor my Nissan warranty. I'd like to add that I was charged to look my car since I didn't let them rob me for $500, on top of the diagnostic charge, I was charged 13.75 for shop supplies, when I inquired about that charge, they said "it was for rags that they used". Really?

McGavock Nissan has provided nothing but top notch service and courtesy every time I have been to their dealership. There is a Nissan Dealership in my my local community, but after bad experiences with their service department, I decided to give McGavock a try. I'm so glad I did. After the first experience with McGavock I gladly drive the 78 miles one way to have my vehicle serviced. Because of the way I was treat I decided to stick with the Nissan brad when it was time to replace my current vehicle. The process with McGavock and with David has to be the least frustrating and the quickest vehicle purchase/lease I have ever experienced. Two thumbs way up. I love my Frontier Pro4X!

Now Orr Nissan, same bad service department as before.Thought different people were there with new name. but after finding out they lied about recall work we asked Nissan to verify the work had been done. They never called us back and Nissan stated they were not in control of the dealership.Never ever buy a Nissan and certainly not from Orr/McGavock same bad service people.

My vehicle was missing a part after being serviced. They quoted a price a low price to get me in but then the repair price was greatly increased. Are they saying, "Yes, but everyone does that!". No, not really. What happened to these guys? The service department obviously does not care anymore.

It took way to long to get the paperwork processed. We had no credit problems or anything, just slow typists, slow computers and re-entry of duplicate information. Dealership needs to invest in a new computer system!! Also their price wasn't lowest, just didn't have the time to drive to a nearby town for a better price - $300 on a $40,000 car.
