We arrived when they opened and were greeted by two friendly employees who were eager to help. We browsed the expansive selection of notions and sewing accessories and checked out the selection of fabric. While small, the fabric selection contained local sports teams and grunge. A huge classroom space was available as well as a large selection of sewing machines and vacuums.

I brought a vacuum cleaner to McDonald's a month and a 1/2 ago and now it is closed. I have tried repeatedly to call the number and it just hangs up. And you cannot leave a voicemail. Where is my vacuum cleaner? You know who has it? Can you please call me back? It is a brand new soon.

First and last time customer. Be sure to open your machine case when you pick it up from servicing. I dropped off my Pfaff 1222e for general service last week and picked it up yesterday. I was pleased until the lady said she pushed my power button into the down position and was stuck down. When I dropped it off, it was stuck in the up position to begin with, and it wasn't easy to push down, so I never forced it. I know you have to turn on and off the machine. The issue is that it looks like the button was forced down. Then, when I got home and tried lifting the presser foot with the lever, it snapped with no effort. I called the store, and they said they would look at it. I brought it in today, and she immediately said that it wasn't their responsibility even though it wasn't broken when I dropped it off. She claimed it was fine when I picked it up. I made the mistake of trusting them and not opening the case to inspect my machine before leaving. I'm taking my business elsewhere, its not worth risking your sewing machine with them.
