Reached out to McCafferty Law requesting a consultation regarding a probate matter. After no response via the website, I called directly and was asked many personal questions without any introduction or questions about the reason I was calling. After recording all my personal information, I receive a nonchalant voicemail the next day advising "the firm was swamped" and I should "go call the Wichita Bar". Swamped?Clearly my case did not fit the standards or profile for McCafferty Law. I now know a fancy website does not insinuate professional service.
