Master Plumber

I'm super happy with a professional tradesman that is able to take my amateur idea of what needs to be done and sticks with the project until I get what I actually needed. Darence may have rolled his eyes at my simplified version of the situation but he and Zach came in over the course of several days because the plumbing had to mesh with the demolition and the dry waller's agenda. I love a good plumber, but they can be divas. Not this team. They cooperated with the other trades for my benefit, I am so grateful to know these good men.

Very happy with Master Plumbing. Once he started working he kept at it until he was finished. Another company quoted me over $1,000 for the job, which would take most of a day. Master Plumbing did the job in one hour and charged me less than $200. Zach was polite and friendly. I'll call them again.

I recently moved to Newton, having bought an older home that needed "a little work." A good friend recommended Master Plumber. Discussed my checklist with Darence. I appreciated Darence's input and suggestions. Josh came to install a new toilet and address those other concerns. He was great with going over options, taking the time to explain it all to me, and developing a plan going forward. He did a great job, very professional. Very grateful for this good experience and looking forward to the next plumbing project with Master Plumber!

Quick courteous service. Called Master Plumber in the morning and he showed up early afternoon to provide estimate. We gave the go ahead late evening to do the work and he was out next afternoon to do the work. On arrival he was in and out in about 40 minutes replacing a water heater. Would recommend for prompt professional service.

This company has no pride in itself or respect for their potential customers. My home warranty company contracted this company to replace a water heater that had flooded part of my basement. I contacted them 2 days after they were contracted and had not heard from them. At 8a I was informed that he had 2 repairs and he could get to mine around 2:30/3:00. I was willing to do it whenever he had time as we had no hot water. At 4p I contacted him again to get an update and was rudely informed "I'm not coming today. I can try for noon tomorrow". At that point it was too late in the day to find another contractor as the supply houses would be closed. Due to his inability to care about potential customers our house was left without hot water. I wouldn't send this guy to my worst enemies house. But hey, if you don't want customer service or your issue taken care of; this is your guy. What a disgrace. I can say Old Town Plumbing is fantastic and willing to do what this guy won't! BEWARE!I wish negative stars were an option
