We had our tax information in by March. They still needed an extension for several months, which cost us money.They did not return phone calls, told us we needed extra tax returns for our Mothers estate, which we did not know until the day before day.Errors in correct spelling of names cost us extra time and investment potential.Over all poor customer service, not enough attention to detail, and tax preparers that are out of state ~ yes, ours moved in the middle of the preparation to accommodate her husbands new job. This added to the chaos.I'd never recommend, too much on the line to have to chase returns and get customer service. We moved several accounts out of here.

Have been with them for close to two years now, and am very happy with all they do! We get help and advice for medicare, taxes, will , estate planning and of course investment! All in on e place all working together. My wife and high highly recommend them!!!
