Marina Point Apartments

Marina point has excellent staff that will attend to every issue a resident submits. It is centrally located in Wichita and close to pretty much everything. The views are excellent due to be located in between the Arkansas River and a privately owned marina. There is an adjacent walking trail next to the river for families to take an evening walk or a jogger trying to maintain fitness. Marina Point is highly recommended.

I have been/am a resident. I can say I have had no complaints in the couple years i've been here. The maintance team is amazing, I had an emergency twice and there was someone out within a couple hours, once was during a snow storm in the middle of the night. The office team are responsible and always get back to us in a timely manor. It is a great little secluded portion off the main road with very minimal thru traffic.
