Everyone is very friendly and the space is extremely clean. The modern interior is a huge step up compared to other salons in the area as well. I always get compliments when I gift a gift card to clients, friends, or family.

My daughter and I were here for Mother's Day.. and had a great time. The services were fast and both of us left loving what we had done. They had plenty of people to provide services for anyone who came in. I will say I think they were a little pricey. It was just over $200 and I did not do a pedicure. Just had the polish changed on my toes. And my nails were just a fill. Granted we both got designs and they are beautiful. So the trade off is that we love what

I have been going here for awhile because it's convenient. They can always get you in, but they are so rushed. I have been telling them the last five times my nails keep chilling the day after and I have to come back. Here I am again nails done yesterday and all chipped up. I'm pissed they charge more than other nail salons but the girls doing the nails want to gossip the whole time too focused on all the giggling. Got five girls sitting around the one doing your nails watching and giggling. Stopping to chat taking their time going to the other stations to chat but can't seem to get my nails right. If they want to do shotty work maybe they should lower the prices.

Lack of communication to new client that knew nothing of services or offered. Did not disclose prices until after work was done and went to pay. The total did not match what was quoted for what service was requested and then took 1st time customer discount away also. Had a reservation with a friend and they never even put us close to visit! Total waste of time and money. The added stress from them being unprofessional will not make me a repeat customer. Will be going to different salon to fix what they did yesterday for the outrageous price charged for nothing spectacular!!

THEY USE MMA MONOMER, BEWARE. MMA has been illegal for decades, do a quick search on it. It is terrible for your nails and health. Aside from that, and the obvious lack of cuticle work and tearing off my previous set with a nail tip rather than sanding and soaking, (which I asked about) the end result looked just like what I wanted and had showed to the tech. All in all, I will not be going back, my nails are badly damaged and regardless of end results, it's not worth my nail health and integrity. Side note, they do not use clean or fresh tools. They reuse sanding bands and drill bits, hand files and are not the best at hygiene. Do with this review what you will. I know most people will continue to go there anyway because they're cheap. I walked in today for a fill and to have a nail fixed, the tech didn't even put a new fake tip on the nail she was fixing (not to mention she just used a tip to take off the old nail stressing I "just relax" when it was digging into my nail bed) & clearly left the nails totally different lengths since she didn't cut down the others or put a new tip on. the lady was rushed and rude, asking if i've ever even been here before when the set I have on is originally from here. I usually love the service here but this time was off putting.

I went in for a full set of acrylics on my toes and asked for the acrylic i had on my big toes to be soaked off and redone and the rest of my toes could be filled in. She didn't remove the acrylic she shaved it down and filled it like the rest of the toes.I needed it fully removed because i have only partial toenails on my big toes. then I asked for pink base acrylic so i could do french tip she did white instead. I then told her i no longer want the french tip. She started filing my toes catching my big toe on her glove and pulling it up by the time i was leaving the toenail was pulled up completely , i complained to the front and she told then i hit it myself and that's why it was pulled up. They offered me $12 off for it. In the end i still had to pay $60 for a service i didn't want and no toenail.

The place is very clean. A liner was out in the foot bath that covered the whole thing and I noticed that the used tools went into a box labeled used tools while the other was labeled tools. My leg wax was a bit patchy but I did go in with a ton of hair on my legs. My pedicure was fantastic! My biggest complaint would be the injury to my cuticles on my fingers. I've got two open wounds on two different fingers. I'm thrilled overall though due to getting my flimsy fingernails thickened with products to prevent the bending, cracking, and breaking that they do normally. They also listened and helped accomplish this within the rules I'm under for work. Great patient staff that work hard and were willing to fit me the day I walked in without an appointment. I will be going back when it is time

I come here on a regular basis. I brought my granddaughters 2 & 5 to get medi and pedi. Let me just say this team took very good care of us. My 2 year and 5 year old granddaughters loved it so much!

THIS place is a JOKE!!!!! Will NEVER go there again... I spent well over 100 on services for a pedicure and the lady did a absolutely HORRIBLE job!!! She took off my old toenail polish off with a drill, and cut my 2 toes up really bad... they took over 3 weeks to heal!!! I told her once they healed I would come back, she said "No Problem " Also as soon as I left my right big toe mail broke off and looked awful! she didn't even clean under my toenails or scub my feet.....The lady I called and texted the owner, she said come back please and we will make it right!!!!So I go back get another mediocre pedi...And she has the balls to say we only give you 30% off... and went in to say they would only pay for polish change, not the ENTIRE SHITTY PEDICURE!!!!WOW.... Do not go.... They aren't even good!!!!!!!!
