SO grateful to Trent at Manhattan Appliance for quickly getting us out of our washer pinch. After our washer died and could not be repaired, we knew it was time to replace. Trent was efficient and informational about the units in store and in stock. We were able to have a unit he had on hand installed (and I'm currently doing a load of laundry now) the same day as purchase! I know this isn't always the case, but happy they were able to help us out quickly! He also personally price matched our machine and saved us some cash! Thank you!!

I just moved to Manhattan, needed a simple washer & dryer for my apartment. They had an inexpensive Amana at a sale price and I purchased them. Delivery was in a couple days, they call before they arrive, nice, installed, set them all up and I'm good to go. Nice local people and good service so far. Thanks!

I bought a washer and dryer here. Originally I looked at prices online and seemed overpriced, but they had a lot of in-store sales to match the big box stores. Their delivery and hookup service was fantastic.

My wife and I purchased a Whirlpool range and had it delivered 60 miles away to have it installed. The salesperson seemed quite knowledgeable about the products the carried and did not pressure us in anyway to purchase a higher priced range but instead listened to what we needed. The delivery and installation team were polite and careful in the process.

We have purchased several appliances from Manhattan Appliance. Every time, they have listened to our needs and wants, helped us sort through our options given our budget, and we have gotten appliances we love and that are reliable. Their delivery and install service has also been so great to work with. They have never left a mess or anything out of place, and I have never had to call them back to fix or adjust anything.

I purchased from them because they were a local company and I felt they would be the best for after sales service. The products were great and the sales process was great - no issues and they were helpful and knowledgeable. I was disappointed with the after sales experience. When we called up with an issue shortly after we moved into our new house (having bought multiple appliances from them), I honestly thought they'd send someone out to help. That wasn't their response. Our builder resolved the problem and it looks like it was an honest mistake by their installers (a kinked water hose at the back of the fridge). The fact that they wouldn't ever apologize and just blamed everyone else, really left a bad taste for me. I expected better since I'd bought multiple appliances and been a good customer.

We just bought a king size mattress and received the same great service we did with our first purchase of a queen size mattress a few years ago. There was no additional charge to deliver to Wamego and the delivery men were on time and polite. We plan to use them again in the future.

I was driving through the parking lot and almost got hit by a guy in a huge, white, four door, GMC truck. He followed behind me and almost rammed my car twice. When I parked my car to get him to stop, he got out and screamed at me as I was calling 911. He was wearing a Manhattan Appliance & Sleep Source polo shirt. Beware the someone terrifying like this might come to your house to deliver your appliances. He will know where you live, and might come back to your house if you piss him off.

I work for another family owned business in town and the owners buy from me. I referred my father who was in need of a new fridge. They took such good care of him and ordered the item he wants and are even going to deliver it for him. Thanks for all your help.

My husband and I moved to Manhattan last August. We needed appliances for our new home so after checking around we found the best prices (comparing to a big box store) at Manhattan Appliance & Sleep Source. Not only were the prices good but the customer service was outstanding. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They set up our gas hook up and delivered and installed all of our appliances. Would highly recommend that you go their to purchase your appliances.
