If I could give Jeanie zero stars I would. My first appointment with her went well. I made a second appointment with her. We discussed that it would be best for me to wait longer than usual for my next cut since I had an international trip planned and wanted my hair to look nice during the trip. See wrote in her planner and gave me an appointment reminder. When I came back to her shop she met me at the door and said she forgot to write my appointment down and she was sorry but she was on her way to an art fair. I had out of town company coming the next day and a big family dinner planned. She said she was sorry, but she wanted to tell me . I was shocked. She really let me down. Apparently personal fun comes before clients.
