My review of Lynn's hasn't changed much in the time since she operated it as Stubby's a year and a half ago. The barbecue is even safer than before - mostly just pulled chicken and pork nowadays. The pork is still a little dry, and they're both available in various combinations of sandwiches or on top of nachos with brightly-colored cheese. And then there's the barbecue sundae. A layer of potato salad, a layer of pork or chicken, another layer of potato salad, topped with bacon pits, barbecue sauce, and a couple of jalapenos. Not for the picky eaters who don't like their food to touch, there is enough separation to discern the flavors of the meat from the flavors of the potato salad, though there's a little concern with pairing the hot meats with cold potato salad. Whatever - it looks bonkers (multiple people asked me about it), and the convenience of being able to eat it while walking around beats having to deal with a styrofoam container. It's really creative, and my only wish is that they would go further - maybe swap out the bottom layer of potato salad for something like baked beans, for example. Either way, this is the type of creativity that you expect to find in a proper food truck.

I'm sorry to say this food truck fell flat for me. They had a few offerings: chicken nachos or sandwich, pulled pork nachos or sandwich, chicken bacon ranch nachos or sandwich. I ordered the chicken nachos for $8 with a bottle of water for $1. There appears to only be 2 ladies working: one taking orders and one prepping food. I believe all the food was precooked so they were just assembling meals. I waited near 10 minutes because they were taking orders quickly, but assembly didn't seem to go quite as smooth as you would hope. My nachos consisted of chips, pulled chicken (in large chunks), premade nacho cheese, and BBQ sauce. Seeing as the sign said chicken nachos I was surprised and not thrilled there was BBQ sauce all over them. I could have made a much better version at home. They were acceptable, but not worth $8.

I attended a food truck event and ordered a pulled pork bowl here. Flavors worked well together and the pull pork was moist!

Lynne brought her truck to Park City Saturday for the Disc Golf Tourney and I tried the pulled pork sandwich. Wow! This was not even pulled pork - it was whole chunks of pork with a great sauce. And there was a lot of it. I'll be watching for her down the road.

Just went to the west side food truck rally...I was intrigued by a passerby with a heaping pile of nachos. When I asked where I could get them, they pointed me to Lynn's Curbside. I got the BBQ chicken bacon ranch nachos---I was not disappointed. It is a perfect blend of flavor that surprises the mouth at every bite, and the chicken is nice and moist. Definitely a must have if you see this food truck. The staff is also very polite to boot. Great stuff!
