We love Lux! We have tried out several other nail salons and always feel like we are getting ripped off. That they make up the price or add things on we didn't want. Lux is upfront about their pricing and answers any questions that I have! A normal gel polish is $20 and a full set of acrylic nails with normal polish is only $35. By having reasonable prices, we just will come back more often! Other places have charged me $85 for a set of acrylic nails (with gel) and that is a little out of my budget to get them done often. My daughters and I will definitely be coming back here and showing them our support!

My mom and I went here on recommendation from someone else, when we went in the whole place was empty (on a weekend). I had an older lady that kept cutting me and I was actively bleeding on three different toes getting a pedicure, when I looked over my mom was getting a pedicure from a younger guy who was also hurting her. She didn't say anything but she had a bad look on her face like she was in pain. We both ended up just getting no nail polish so we could hurry and get out of there, we tipped/paid and left.

This has been my favorite place for 3 years, but I think it's under new management.I asked for a manicure with pedicure. The pedicure would have been fine, if I wasn't being interrupted with dealing with trying to manicure at the same time. I explained 3 times what I wanted done with my nails. After never getting it correct, I was surprised not to actually get a manicure. When I asked about that, they let me know it would be $55 for my manicure and dip. So I did get a half hearted manicure, clear dip and not what I wanted for $55. The pedicures were fine, but it sucks to spend $145 to not have the experience you went in for.

Used to come here every month last year ! I would get individual lash set, full, medium long. Had a lash and eyebrow appointment 12-29-24. during the appointment my eyelids were glued together multiple times, and pealed apart by the tech, this time- during my appointment. i was very uncomfortable and in pain. My eyes were burning and very, very irritated. After about two hours, I looked in the mirror- I was livid and very disappointed. i was supposed to also get a brow Wax but after seeing my lashes I refused any more service from them and left. these small lashes may look good for you- but I asked for medium long and $100 for that is high way robbery. I will never be coming back here

This used to be the most amazing nail salon to go to before the owner sold it to the three women that now own it . I went in , took a friend who had just moved to town so she had an amazing nail salon to go to. The old owner did her nails , who is the one that always does my nails but I have it my friend have her and I got someone else . The lady that I got not only did she not understand what I was asking her for everyone had to keep interpreting for her , but she did a horrific job on my nails and the design . When I went back in a few days later when I had the opportunity I showed one of the new owners my nails they had bumps all over them the one now that she replaced on my right pointer finger what is as flat as an ironing board , every single nail I had except one was like driving on a gravel road . She rested because she was ready to go home . I had almost every single nail lifting and I had just gotten them done two days prior . So when I ask for them to be redone correctly the woman went and talked to the lady who did my nails and that lady told her when I left I was happy . I was not happy I was really pissed off but we had to go because my friend had another doctor's appointment . I told one of the owners to feel my nails so she could feel how bad they were and to look at them and then I showed her to difference between my two pointer fingers and she said she would do my nails even though I wanted the old owner to do my nails she very forcefully told me no she will do my nails . Then she tried to say the reason my nails were lifting was because I needed a new set , to which I said they should have told me that when I came in last time 2 days ago and had my nails did I would have been very happily gotten another set or just did an acrylic overlay . So she proceeds to start removing the god awful polish for my fingernails and tells me that she can't do it professionally she can't do it because I need a new set and if she covers these up then they're going to break or I can get fungus and she doesn't want that to happen to me . So she told me she would charge me $45 to get a new set , won't charge me for soak off and would give me nail design free . So I told her I don't have enough for that right now I'll be back . Because how dare you have your audacity to try to charge me for another set of nails that I just had done and then tell me you'll make it up by not charging me for soaking them off and you'll give me a free design ! The most horrible customer service . Your employee jacked up my nails , and you know she did the other owner came over to look at my nails were you were taking the Polish and stuff off of them and you even had her feel them to see how bad they were . And even told me that that's not how you guys do service and then after that is when she said she would charge me $45 for a new set . I will never ever step foot in this Salon again . And it's very sad because I really like the place I like the changes they've made to the place I've been going there I was going there for 3 years and then stopped because of the attitude that was given . And I went back to give them another chance and I had two sets that were done perfectly , of course they were done by the old owner . Then she sent me away with half polish on my finger and Nails half polish off of my fingernails , nails lifting as you can see in the pictures my thumbnail broke . I've been walking around and driving around looking like who did it and what for because you didn't want to fix your employees mistake at your cost . My friend's nail broke so she went to go back in and said she had never felt so unwelcomed anywhere in her life and they treated her like she was dog crap . So she of course will never go back either . It's very sad and I will miss the old owner but the rest of you can kiss my nail beds . I still cannot believe that that woman tried to get me to pay $45 to get my nails redid 2 days after her employee messed them up . And they know who I am by this post and I don't care because you were wrong in what you did and how you treated me you should have fixed them at no cost .

My friend and I came here for pedicures, the staff burned my friends legs with hot water after she kept telling them it was to hot, they never drained it or nothing. She asked for a certain kind of polish and they were rude about it telling her no basically. My pedicure I asked for just a basic and she dug at my toes for so long they were bleeding. Worst experience ever. DO NOT COME HERE!

my first time here and i will absolutely be back! they did my toes and my nails at the same time and had me out of there so fast! i expressed that these were my wedding day nails and she made sure each detail was perfect before moving on to the next finger, all around excellent!

I recently moved to Wichita, and this was the first place that I tried. And I've been back twice since then. My first and second visits I had pedicures and both times they were excellent. And Jaylee has done my manicure and has done an exceptional job, all three times I've been there. Absolutely no complaints!

They gave me a toenail infection. Don't come here unless you want to get your nails down in unsanitary conditions. Pls my toenails looked absolutely horrible. If I could give negative stars I would!!!

I scheduled an appointment for 2 manicures. The tech spent 15-20 minutes on my friend for a simple dip. All she did was paint the nails and did nothing extra. She spent maybe 30-40 minutes on me to remove my old dip and put a new dip on. I showed her what I wanted, she did not do what I asked at all. I asked for matte nails twice and the picture I showed her had matte nails. I was told they couldn't do matte nails. When I called the next day to ask, they said they could. So she just didn't want to do it for me. The design was not at all what I asked for and it bled/was not crisp lines. both my friend and my nails chipped within a week and a half. My nails chipped and broke, the design chipped off within a week. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a nail salon. If I am paying to have dip, I expect it to last 3-4 weeks if not longer. I do not recommend this location and would suggest everyone to find some place else. It was not worth the money at all.
