Only one person working. Might I add he was the most unhelpful employee I've ever encountered. He could not answer my questions. He did not know how different devices worked. I tried to use a coupon and he told me he didn't know how to do it. Super annoying and I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.

They aren't friendly if you don't know exactly what you want. I could be bias though. I'm use to going to another local store and they are super friendly. I wanted to see what new flavors other stores had but I think I'll stick to what I know. Maybe another location would have better service. So far 2 for 2 has not been great.

The gentleman behind the counter fixed the vape unit I bought in Omaha that was leaking.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can be well educated if new to products or just get what you need at great price. Customer service here is top notch.

Last week I came in to get a new vape and was recommended by Michael to get the BBTANK which I did and all was well until I used the product which was complete JUNK!! There was no air flow at all and immediately knew the product wasn't for me so I planned to take it back since it had only been a few days. All was good until I came back to the same location and saw Michael again who was far from helpful. No exchange. No refund. All I got was directed to a printout that read: no refunds on discounted item. I paid 40 bucks for the junk so there was no discount whatsoever. Horrible customer service and no mention on how refunds/exchanges are handled. Instead I got a bad attitude and no resolution. I will NEVER shop here again due to this encounter to buyer beware!! If anything Michael could use a class on customer service since he was the only rep there. I would give a negative rating if I could.

Best shop I've been to yet. Great selection of premium juice, mods, tanks and most importantly great service!
