Lucci’s Cafe

Very good food with plentiful portions. I've had the fried catfish which was delicious, and my partner had the beef steak without the mushrooms and gravy and it was perfectly seasoned!!

Food was ok. Service was great.Man , woman and their son , AWFUL. They got into an argument in the entrance to the kitchen. Man backed out of kitchen with a knife in his hand. Man was rude and abusive to his staff.

Great little diner place in Fort Scott. We had the chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak and both were piping hot and delicious! The gravy was really good too, which is tough to do. They have a lot of seating and are prepared for large families or groups. Great place to dine. Our server was super friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back when driving through town! If you're local, they do takeout and delivery, I think!

Located next to a hotel, this cafe can be bustling. I was visiting friends, so we decided to grab breakfast here before adventuring for the rest of the day. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs - I enjoyed it. The country gravy seemed to be out of the can without a ton of flavor, but I wasn't upset by this. Our server was fast, friendly, and accurate. If you wanna a change of pace, c'mon on down for a meal or two.

Decent breakfast, I enjoyed the pancakes and the eggs are tasty, I will try more as I go, but as of right now I am all about the breakfast. It's kind of a bummer the second time I ordered they ran out of sausage links but that can happen.

It's attached he'd to a hotel, and it feels like a step back in time, at least 30 years. We stopped for a late lunch passing through, so it was not busy. The place was clean enough and the waitress was very pleasant. I had the Ft Scott club, which is a club with ham. It was a lot of food for a decent price, and good. My brother had the Greek salad, which was also a lot, and he gave a thumbs up

Lucci's is everything you could ever want in a small town cafe or diner! The establishment is clean. The service is good. And the food is really really good. I happened across Lucci's from some family that recommended it. My family raved about how large the portions are and they were not kidding! Lucci's is very generous with the quantity of food, but they also focus on the quality! We had a good ol' fashioned rib sticking breakfast! I want to go back soon and try some of the Italian menu items!

It's a diner with diner food. Had eggs and pancakes. Owner was all over the place, checking in on guests, keeping tabs on servers and greeting patrons at the door. He is clearly super involved and hard working and I appreciate the attention to details. Bathroom was clean!

This place is new to us and we think it is outstanding in all ways. It is located in the Super 8 Motel in historic downtown Fort Scott. The restaurant has three different seating areas, including a very large and pretty dining room. Ate there twice last week! The food is fresh and homemade and presentation is well done. Food tastes great. The biscuits and gravy was the best I've ever had. They make fresh from the potato hash browns, not the packaged frozen kind. They have an incredible selection of food on the menu and on the specials for the day menu. They have a cooler of yummy-looking desserts: pies, cakes, cheesecake. The waiter and the owner are really personable, attentive, and accommodating. My sister had their spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were huge! She said it was good, and it was. Paul and I ate off their breakfast menu and loved what we ordered. Our omelets were stuffed, but I do wish they had more cheese. That is about my only issue, but it is so minor. This is a very special place, our new local favorite, and we will be back as often as we can.
