Lubbers Excavating

I had several different companies come and give me quotes to install a new septic system with lateral lines. Most companies wanted to install the plastic turtle back chambers which have not been around long enough to know the longevity of the system. I chose Lubbers Excavating because when I first met with Tim (the owner) he made me feel comfortable. He was very honest and answered all my questions and made me feel like more than just another customer. He also explained that he did rock and pipe systems, which is what I had researched on. I wanted a system that would last me the rest of my life in this house. I had secured Tim back in March of 2019 and due to all the rain we had, my tank install had to be pushed back. The whole time, Tim was in contact with me letting me know when he would be here to install my new system. The day arrived in April, and let me tell you, this man and his crew have their stuff down to an art ! I watched in awe as the trucks were rolling in with the materials (tank, and 3 truck loads of rocks). There was no slowing this team down. It took Tim and his employee 2 full days to install my system! We were only without water for 1 hour. We could not be happier with our new system. I should also note, after the system was fully installed, we of course got more rain. The dirt around the outside of my tank had settled in a week what should have taken more than 2 years to do. Mother nature helped speed up that process. I called Tim and asked him what I should do. He said he would bring his excavator back out and move more dirt. Indeed he did!! This man is a man of his word and I can not say enough good things about him and his work! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to install a new septic system!
