Lubbers Chevrolet

Just purchased a 2011 Ford Fiesta SE from Joe Erdman at Lubbers. I couldnt be happier! I am a pretty picky, inquisitive, and impatient car buyer. Joe kept his cool, and ended up getting me into a great new car. My payments went down significantly as I had previously taken advantage of the services from FinanceCo which is the in house bank for Lubbers. I had credit issues, and they took care of me.. Now I am financed through GM and rebuilding my credit, thanks to Lubbers.

I live 200 miles away. i called Mike Hayes told him i dont want to waste time or money. He called me back 2 hours later had me all setup. Before I knew it my girlfriend had called them and she even got approved and we dont have good credit. Once we pulled up at the lot they had both of us out of there in our 2 new vechiles less than 2 hours. I super recommened Lubbers to anybody looking for a car. Give them my name Arthur King so i can get the referral ;)

Got my new Buick from the Hutch lot. Had an A/C problem that needed attention. Cheney took care of me. They had an awesome little waiting room and when it was discovered it would take a couple hours to fix they gave me the keys to a new Chevy and called me when it mine was done. Very friendly, great service. Didn't cost me a dime to fix my new car. Yes it was under warranty but a lot of dealers make things difficult. Not Lubbers. Second car from them and I will buy more. Guaranteed approval, they helped me build my credit. A++++

I bought a vehicle from Lubbers and I somehow screwed up the model or something and paid about $4000 over what it was worth. For my next vehicle I went back and told them about that and tried to get a deal on my next vehicle and they weren't interested. They are only interested in selling you a vehicle if they can absolutely put it to you. The fact that they would overcharge me that much on my first vehicle and then not negotiate on the next one tells you all you need to know about them. 100% do not recommend!

Lubbers in Cheney, Kansas was the easiest car dealership to make a car purchase from. I emailed Derek Tanner while searching for my last car. We had just visited a dealership in another town after telling them just what we were looking for an our budget. That dealership sent us packing saying will never find a dealership to meet our terms. Well we did, in the next town over. I wanted to drive back to the previous dealership in our new car just to show him. Derek had everything arranged, the paperwork, and our new car in the showroom. We drove it a few blocks and signed the pre-arranged paperwork. We weren't even there an hour before we drove off with our new car. We checked with him this time as we search for our new car. They don't have one like we are looking for, but he has still been a lot of help in our search. He told us how to qualify for the military discount which we did before at this dealership. Lubbers also bought my previous car as a fair trade-in. We just drove 8-hour round-trip to an out-of-state dealership in Aurora, Missouri only to leave without a car after they changed the terms on us. I sure hope Lubbers can locate a car for us where we know they stand by agreed upon terms. There's no place like home (well close to home).

The salesman didn't ask or acknowledge my wife. Truck we were test driving died after 1/2 mile had to have the sales guy pick us up

I purchased a new Tahoe from Lubbers Chevrolet last month. Mike Hayes was my sales representative and I had a great experience working with Mike on details of my purchase. I am in California and Mike worked very hard to get my new Tahoe transported to California. I would highly recommend Mike and Lubbers Chevrolet as a first class dealership with excellent customer care.Kevin

After being a customer for 30 plus years I am no longer going to lubbers. Have Bought 100,000 of dollars of autos from them. Bought a new auto in 14. After asking to fix the noise they said they did. They got upset after I told them I got a second look from another shop. They told me to buy my next auto from them. They did not fix my vehicle correctly and got very rude when they found out the tire store down the road has a better macanic than them. The owner would not return my call. I have never been treated so horrible from ANY business. I can't stress enough to BEWARE OF LUBBERS. They will tell you what you want to hear even if they don't fix it. They were extreamly rude and condescending.

On 11/6 I called to make a car payment. I was told that the device they have placed on my vehicle was sending them alerts and they need to check it out. I was also asked if I was having trouble with my car. The only concern I mentioned was that sometimes when I push on the gas pedal it almost seems like it doesn't want to go. Female on the line said no, we are looking for electrical problems, such as lights or anything along that line. I then responded by saying nothing like that has happened at this point. She said when I get a chance to take off please bring the car in for them to check it out. No cost to me. The next day I went to roll down my window to order food and my window would not roll back up. This led me to believe this was the issue she was referring to as well as they were aware of an issue on my car. Monday I took my car in only to have to pay $107.50 due to a switch wasn't working and that's why my window would not roll up. I'm upset because I feel they were already aware of this issue otherwise why would she ask if I was having problems with my vehicle. Also I have only had this car 3mos on the dot when I spoke to her about the car.
