I love Lowe's. I really do. While I am more partial to the depot, that is my second home, los has been really great for finding some items like plants that the other place doesn't carry. Is also closer, so it's good for a quick grab for some items as well.Service when we come to Liz kind of hit and miss, but it's it's been on average, average. While I hope for more, I am satisfied because it could be worse. But it's not it's average and average is still OK.As far as products go, they do have some good deals from time to time so I do like to look out for those because they can be a really good value if you are doing a large project.

Terrible store, no one available to help. Just spent 20 minutes waiting to check out because the only person checking people out is haveing a life conversation with a customer and then finally when I get help I get even more of my time wasted by being used for training.... So let me stand around for another 5-10 minutes while the person who doesn't know what they are doing try's to show the new person what to do...... thank you so much for turning what was a 5 minute run to a store for some bolts into a 45 minutes ordeal because you can't be bothered to hire more then one cashier or pay to properly train your staff

The last couple of times We have been the service has been really rude, I went in tonight to ask about a garden pad to lay on the ground that you put your knees on when you're working in the garden. And the guy Proceed to show me on his little gadget.. instead of showing me. He then points across the store to the Garden shop. Which I already told him I couldn't find them. He's very Rude.. wish I would had gotten his name now.. Also. I told him the flowers are dying in the parking lot. I don't believe there getting water. He blew that off.. over all this Employee was Very Rude.. Now I was going to buy several of those but he showed no interest in helping me as a paying customer. Think ill start Shopping at HomeDepot . If Lowes can't take time for one customer. Then there Loss because we spent 100 $$$$ In there store every year.. we have gotten our stove there. As well as ice box. All the cabinets when we remodeled our kitchen... Sadly the Rude Employee needs some coaching.. I used to work in retail so I know you can't treat people this way I myself have worked at K mart and Walmart.So thanks alot for your Rude service.

They will STEAL your money!!!! I got a Christmas present for my husband totaling $527, they took that AND have a hold on my account for MORE THAN $1k. The idiot manager Jeremy not only had no explanation but couldn't understand why I was upset. Then when I said do you want me to come and take $1k from your account he said no he wouldn't like that. But He said he CANT do anything, not his problem. I asked for his manager, he doesn't have one??? I said everyone has a boss, oh well you can call some dude Chance but I have no clue when he works or where he works. So I will NEVER shop with this store again!!! He said to take it up with my bank - but as I explained to this idiot my bank isn't holding my money. I did NOT authorize your company to take MORE than the $527. No point in circling with someone who clearly can't understand how this would NOT be ok!

Had a terrible customer service experience. We were interested in a weedeater and had to have an associate check to see if they were in stock. Waiting around 20 minutes. Associate at the desk looked so annoyed when we politely asked if they had found it. She replied "I thought you heard him say no" and that was it. No offer to see if another store carried it, order one for us, or even let us know when they might be in. So unprofessional. Im sorry if you are having a bad day, but that is not the time or place for that kind of rudeness. That was our prefered Lowes but not anymore.

I have never been in this store and come out without being angry and amazed. Angry because there is no one to help me and when I find an employee they say "no, I don't know where it is or what the price is or why it's at a discount". Amazed because it's like this every time. Today was no exception. No one to help me load the heavy grill on cart. No one could answer any of my questions.......no matter what department I was in. No one ever asked me to wait a second while they found the answer or found help. No one knew where I could find an item. Self check out didn't work (malfunctions every time I try to use it). It's the most maddening experience....every time. It's my fault for continuing to go here. In the future, I will go to Ace and pay a little more because they're always willing to help me and they can find anything I'm looking for.

Truly the most spectacular display of incompetence I've ever seen. I needed 4 pieces of glass cut, it took 3 employees to find where they cut glass, then another 3 employees before they could find one who could cut glass. He started by saying "I can cut glass but I'm bad at it" and boy was he right. I ended up with 2 pieces of glass that were different sizes before the employee gave up and walked away, then they spent 15 minutes radioing everyone in the store to see who could cut glass before I just left without the glass. I could've gotten better hardware service at a petco.

We had to hire someone else to remove our old fridge because Lowes independent contractor would not remove it because he said there were brown recluse spiders in the drip pan area, it was only dust!! They also failed to disconnect the waterline on the old fridge and and put on the handles on the new fridge which we had to do!! Lowes said they would refund the $50 we paid to have them remove it. We will be watching our bill!! We will be taking our business to Home Depot from now on!!

I walked in the garden center not one person that worked there asked if I need assistance. So I went and got some items. My cart full and then I sat in the checkout line with 5 people in front of me and only one person checking people out. There were several Lowe's associates walking around but no one would get on the other register. So I decided to go inside and the self checkout was longer than the garden center. No one was jumping on registers to get the line down. I was so frustrated that I just left my cart and went to Home Depot. Best decision I ever made an associate helped me right when I walked in. I will no longer go to Lowe's. The store manager needs to figure out how to help customers then them just walking around not helping.

I'm a regular customer at Lowes West. S. Ridge Rd Wichita, KsBoth personal and business.
