Love's Travel Stop

This was not the best Love's I've experienced, but the staff was polite and helpful. Very decent people there.I liked the Subway, DQ and Godfather's Pizza combo, although the DQ and Godfather's closed too early.This Love's has a nice and easily accessible laundry area for any guest too. I thought that was very nice.Gas prices were not bad either. They had a fair selection of items, although really short on food at night.

Love me some Love's!!! This truck stop is good!! Lots of space when pulling a trailer or boat.. .Clean restrooms-Nothing here to eat- yes there is a DQ but they only serve hot dogs, no fries..nothing.------------Love's NEEDS food-----------

Fast fuel stop meeting my fill up requirements. Well stocked C-Store with clean rest rooms. Good I-70 pitstop.

Horrible customer service!! 3 girls behind register right now and not paying attention to customers standing waiting at 2 registers. I decided I would buy gas elsewhere! Just lost me as a customer!

Visited the Dairy Queen portion of this travel plaza and was surprised to see them open considering the signs that said the ice cream machine was broken and that the ice cream would be runny and have a "weird"taste. This location is not a brazier and only serves hot dogs and ice cream. Instead of closing the diary queen and directing the customers to purchase their hotdogs from the convenience store side they forced the poor girl to explain the ice cream machine (99% of the non brazier revenue) was broken then offer them a hot dog or a "weird" tasting liquid dairy treat. She had to explain this to several customers in just a 5 minute interval while I was in the establishment. Poor decision on managements part.

This is by far the cleanest Loves I Ever Stopped in my entire life. The restrooms were by far 10/10 and the place was so easy to get in and out of. I also decided to get some water to fill up my water bottle. Really love to come back to this loves and enjoy it. Also I would like to say thank you to the manager for making your place so spotless to fill up for gas and easy to get out of the Loves.

I stop at least once a year at the Ellis location. This week after getting gas I stopped in to get a 6" subway sandwich. The girl at the counter said $6. When I looked at my statement I was charged almost $15. I contacted Love's to get a credit and they said I needed to drive 450 miles to talk with the manager. Needless to say, I won't ever use this location again. My cc company issued the credit. Pathetic company.
