Love's Travel Stop

Love's Travel Stops (aka truck stops) are almost always great places to stop and this one was no exception. Most Love's (I can't say all Love's since I haven't been in all of them) have a well stocked convenience stores, clean restrooms and one or more fast food outlets.You can't go wrong stopping at a Love's truck stop.

Disappointing - women's restaurant was fine, but the guys in the fam said the men's was disgusting. Will not be stopping at this love's again.

This Loves Travel Stop has 3 food places inside. There's Subway, Dairy Queen and Godfathers Pizza.We checked out Loves for a bit and we weren't greeted at all here. The aisles are clean and well stocked, bathrooms were clean. This Travel stop is pretty big.We decided to eat at Subway, was still not greeted when we entered. Both of us got the chicken bacon ranch subs. The guy that put my sub together was rather messy and when he folded the top bread over half the vegetables came out, though he wrapped up anyway.Next time, we wanna try Dairy Queen

Love's Travel Stops always come in handy for a quick one stopper- you can fill up, get snacks, and use the restroom. For truckers, they can usually get a shower, or have a place to park and rest. This location is about 320 miles from Denver, and I had a 1/4 tank left, but I figured I might as well fill and use the restroom- I mean hell, gas was only $1.95 for 87 octane! Masks are required when entering the store.The inside was clean, so were the restrooms. I was going to load up on snacks, but this time, I held off. There is also a Subway and a DQ attached.So, why the 3 stars? Not going to lie, I can definitely tell Love's was not a top tier gasoline. It seemed like my car was just absolutely guzzling the fluid (to give you an idea, I drove 280 miles on this tank, and I have an 1/8th tank, same driving conditions!). So yes, while the gas is cheaper, it doesn't last as long- where my Chevrons @, Missouri/Kansas?!?!

None of the gas pumps were working today and no one was doing anything about it. Giant waste of time going there. You'd figure that someone would realize that they're not selling much fuel! We'll never again stop at this one!

I been in the food service industry for many years. Rule number one is you don't grab drinks on the top where people are going to put their mouth. They are handling nasty money and then spreading all of them germs to everyone that buys a drink. It's bad enough at any time but it's a pandemic and makes it even worst. Please tell your associates to please never ever touch the top of cans. Thank you in advance for helping stop Covid.

Do not give this place any business It is very scary and not safe place for business I remember when I walked inside this truck stop this employee the heat truck driver they don't like us for no reason it's very weird employee very rude he drew racist never seen before I do not recommend John tricky driver to get fuel here they will assaulted you Sam what they did with me I did no one explain what happened it's bigger story but when you visit them you'll be surprise there is very discrimination business are you going to deal with stay away my friend more seve.

I didn't take the managers name but she was a blonde lady she and her best bud denied to refund me some glue that didn't work just" because" with the excuse of "it's open so I can't re-sale it" she said although I had just purchased it and had the receipt with me . I had to waste my time I called corporate and then come back in for her to "be able to do it" thank you to the guy on the phone . And this manager and her buddy need a little bit more of education and respect for individuals that don't look like them . Remember it's a Gas station and your job is to provide "customer service" . Ps: I don't usually do reviews nor do I care since the item was less than $9 but please whatever you think of people that don't look like you doesn't make it right to treat them disrespectfully learn tolerance !I was also respectful and kept my manners at all times :)

NOTICE: Playland is currently closed!!! We were very disappointed. They are doing what looks like a fairly substantial maintenance project.Otherwise, clean and pleasant stop.

Convenient location just off of I-70 in Ellis. What used to be a clean location is a bit lax as of late. You walk in the north doors on the way to the food court area and are greeted by the noxious odor from the restrooms. It always smells like backed up sewer line. Recently the subway restaurant is either out of something or the toaster ovens don't work, this varies by the day. Both the Subway and DQ stores have friendly service but they are understaffed in key hours and both could use a little TLC. Overall convenient location will generate repeat customers.*Update* trash cans out front overflowing with same trash as 2 days ago.
