Louie's Discount Liquor

Absolutely terrible service.I went there a Friday night to get a cheap bottle of vodka. It was 4$. I gave 1$ cash (in change) and 3$ off my debit card. Well, THEIR machine messed up. And it said declined. But my bank account said they took the money. I called my bank to verify, they said YES, and it was incredible that this company was giving me this much trouble over 3$.So, I went in to speak to the lady owner, she said No, it didn't take it.I told her I'd get a statement from my bank. She said okay, bring that in. I told her I wanted to deal with her since she is the owner. She said okay come back Thursday.So, I got the proof, and went back in Monday because this is RIDICULOUS. Well, that went terrible. The lady working the counter flipped her lid and acted like it was I who took her money and was lying about it. So, she gave me 3$ out of HER pocket. I told it it's the principle of the situation. She did not understand that.So, I left it alone for the week, seeing as everyone who works here can't understand what happened.I went back in on Saturday, just to show the owner... And AGAIN she said she doesn't believe the proof RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. my bank statement.It is completely ridiculous that this even happened, let alone that they still don't agree that their machine took my money.It's pathetic of a company to behave the way they did.I'd ask anyone going in for a beer to think twice because they are HARD UP for money. And to even have a conversation with any sense of comprehension.I am annoyed about this whole situation. So, I am sharing my experience with this company.
