I bought a new GMC AT4 2500 from Adam Rumsey. He was very pleasant to deal with. I had to fly in from Denver and he picked me up at the airport and stayed late after closing because my flight landed at 4:50 (they close at 5) Alisha was the first person I talked to at the dealership and she verified some details of the truck so I knew exactly what I was getting Highly recommend doing business with them!!

Had radiator issues on the road (in the middle of moving across the country). They welcomed us (fifth wheel, animals, kids, and all) and took amazing care of us. We would've been stranded otherwise, but they helped take care of us and fixed us the same day. They really care about people and made us feel like family and we couldn't be more appreciative. I could tell from my first interactions with Chris Herbst, Tim Bartz, Tate, et al, that this is my kind of dealership to deal with. Despite being 700 miles away. The ordering process on my Maverick was smooth and they did the paperwork correctly the first time. Tim always knew how to strategize the order to maximize his allocations and despite my building a unicorn in terms of features, Long McArthur did what they could to get it here as fast as Ford would allow. Long McArthur is the only dealer I see who is consistently providing the truth on their YouTube channel. They also made sure that I didn't get stuck with any ADM as they made good on the price quoted to me at the beginning of the process. If you want a dealer who will treat you with respect, not pull any shenanigans and just overall trustworthy, then Long McArthur is where you should go.

I called this dealership because I'm interested in a 2022 or 2023 F150 hybrid and I get some lady sales person on the phone and I'm asking her questions and she knew none of them and she's telling me to go to the Ford website I told her just forget it and I hung up! One of the things I hate when buying a new vehicle is this type of thing where the sales person absolutely knows zero or I guess possibly just doesn't feel like being a sales person and instead refer you to a website! Geez Very disappointing! Won't be buying bay this dealership!

I get so many complements on this truck. I went through a boarder patrol check point between Alamogordo NM and El Paso and they asked me to pull over because they wanted to look at it. It drew a crowd. They even showed the dogs the truck. They were so impressed. Heck they even asked me to get on it when I left. I let them know to look up LMST F150 and they will find out where they can buy one. Thanks again Long McArthur for a fun truck.

I have bought 2 new vehicles from Long Mac and was looking to buy another and SCHEDULED an appointment with Kyle Davis to meet and look for another car. Not only did he not have time to meet with me, he arranged for another salesman who was also too busy. A third salesman, Don didn't want to get out of his chair. Kept saying go to Ford.com and design what you want and he'll look for one. Asked to look at new Escapes and he finally got keys and then POINTED out where they were and left with an excuse. I have never been so insulted by 2 commisson salesman. We had previously looked at another dealership for different options and left Long MacArthur and drove directly to Conklin Cars and purchased a new car there. Conklin made us feel like friends.6 weeks since we were at Long Mac's, we still have never heard from either salesmen and don't expect too either. Will never set foot on their lot again.

So this entire car buying and registering process is an ongoing nightmare. My husband and I ordered a Ford Ranger. It took so long to get made that we were obliged to move to Arizona for my work. Adam Rumsey, our sales associate, was aware of this. Our truck came in, and it took us over a month to be able to drive to pick it up, which we informed multiple people of, but I guess Long McArthur doesn't give a fuck because they put a 60-day temp tag on a truck we picked up with 30 days left to go.Adam also failed to inform us after a 2 day straight drive in any way that made a difference that we would be paying taxes on the truck out of pocket, so we were hit with a 3k expense to register the fucking truck out of nowhere.We told Adam that we would be driving to Pennsylvania then Florida to register the truck before driving back to Arizona and asked if there was any paperwork we needed. He said no. We arrive at the DMV and it turns out that was a bald-faced fucking lie. We learned about the 3k fee there and the paperwork that we needed that we are STILL waiting for.Kansas says it's illegal for them to extend our time with our temp tag because they're a fucking hellscape that we couldn't get away from fast enough. We still don't have 3k or the document needed to register our truck in four days.Long McArthur fucked us over. Long McArthur *continues* to fuck us over.I'm trying to file a complaint right now, but lo and behold, no one is picking up the phone.

Avoid this dealership if you are trading in a vehicle - they are happy to exploit customers. I wasted an entire day and several thousand dollars enriching this dealership when I could have had my Maverick order shipped to my door. I was driving in (to utilize A/Z plan & trade-in for KS tax offset) from 2.5 hours away with a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Blue. Ahead of coming in I sent photos and asked them to appraise my vehicle for trade-in, they refused saying they need to see it in person. I ignored that red flag, but at the time thought no big deal they would provide reasonable value for my trade-in. I was getting local quotes for $19,700-21,000 (dealerships & online). After their onsite "appraisal" they came back to me with $17,000 quoting the lowest value on KBB under the 'Fair' category, while the vehicle is Very Good or Excellent. They refused to improve on their number and played the 'finance manager' game three times over the course of 2 hours eventually adding...$250. Normally I would have walked but didn't have the means to store/transport two vehicles that far away from home. A few days later they listed my trade-in for $27,250.
