Front desk girls rude and not knowledgeable. Girl told me, that she fixed my Safari, so I gladly paid $30, but when I came home I realized it was still not working. Later geek squad guy fixed it in 2 min. Recently I had to take my another computer, same horrible customer service. So far they could not fix anything I would recommend sending your MAC to Apple or to take it to Best Buy. We went to Monkey Bytes, excellent customer service, they fixed computer in two days for the half of what Living sound quoted us.

My one year old Mac Pro tower was getting stuck on the gray screen of death during the startup process, so I took it in to Living Sound. I'm glad I did. They don't keep parts in stock (understandable) so they had to overnight some parts to get it fixed. Hollis called me every day to keep me updated on the progress, and within a few days, they had my computer working again. The billing for labor time was fair and there were no surprises. LivingSound made the best out of a potentially very stressful situation. I'll be doing business here again.

These guys are the new owner of the former Haddock Mac store. They are an authorized Apple service provider and they fixed a small problem with my MacBook for no charge. I was worried that the former Haddock quality of service would change but apparently not. I really appreciate themreplacing the broken feet on my MacBook Pro. EXCELLENT customer service. Will recommend them and shop there again in the future.

After spending thousands of dollars on a Mac and Apple care, I took my computer in with a problem that turned out to be possible malware. I was told by one of the techs that I should not have "clicked on an update for malware as this was a virus". I asked how would I know that and the tech said "When you were asked if you were sure, if you click ok, the computer will do what you want it to". I said, "well as the apple rep in Wichita, wouldn't it be a smart thing to give customers a list of things to beware of"? The response I got was "That would be too long of a list". I was then told for $188 I could leave the computer to have a tech remove the virus if there was one!! So.....you know something is out there, you don't warn customers and then charge $188 to "fix it". SCAM??? I paid for apple care, but will think long and hard before using Livingsound. As I left the female manager who saw I was visibly upset shouted out the standard "Have a nice day!". Customer service...no.

I had the best experience here. My iPad died and was referred here by Apple. They are the authorized dealer for Apple. I walked in and was very impressed with the quality of service I received from them. Mandy was so good to me. Chris was very helpful too.She walked me through all the necessary steps and made it such a nice experience. She is very knowledgeable and also genuinely kind. I dropped my IPad with them to be sent to Apple at around 5:00pm and impressively, Mandy called me at 3:00 the next day less than 22 hours later and told me to come pick up the new IPad! I thought the 3-5 days she quoted me was quick, but wow! So I went in and sure enough she hands me a brand new iPad and when I looked lost to what I do with it, she walked me through the whole setup. Omg they are so awesome I wish I can give them 10 stars! Also they have all the new Apple products stocked and ready to go. This place is literally a hidden gem. If you are looking to buy Apple products, shop local and please buy from them. You will be pleased!

Terrible service!! I have a 2011 Mac Air and my charger would no longer function with electrical tape. So, I bought a new charger at Best Buy for $80.00; however, the brand-new-out-of-the-box charger never worked. Silly me. I assumed this meant that my 5-year old computer needed a new battery. A trip to Simply Mac confirmed that my computer battery was great and my charger was the problem. Another trip to Best Buy confirmed that I could not exchange the defected charger for one that worked. A trip to LivingSound to get the manufacturer warranty was an experience from hell. The woman with the dyed-red hair was very rude and condescending when I asked general questions like--why does my computer need diagnostic test when I bought the charger separately? She also stated that "no one gives a damn about what happen in your personal life that prevented you from returning the charger to Best Buy in the allotted 15-days."Long story short. Go to Simply Mac instead!!! They have 100X better customer service, will take the time to listen, and explain anything that you don't understand. I'm going back to them for all my Apple needs. LivingSound only gets one star bc Yelp says I have to. :(

Drive two hours to get my phone screen fixed was told by apple they do same day. Upon arrival guy tells me right away it's not same day. He states they have told Apple before it's not same day. My advice is they should be calling customers to tell them it's not same day in case they're driving hours to this location! Lack of communication on all sides.

I was quoted $188 to "look" at my computer. Took the 3 month old computer that I bought from Livingsound (spending over $1500 there) to Monkey Bytes on East Douglas and was charged $20. Zero customer service at Livingsound. Will be driving to Overland Park for any further Apple needs.
