Little Bull Auction & Sales

Drove an hour to get surprised with a 10% buyers fee at the auction. The flyer and online said nothing about this. Not happy. Probably won't go to their auctions anymore.

Would not use this auction house again for anything. This guy talks a good game, but doesn't do very much when it comes down to it.

Littlebull.online auction continues to disappoint. Second time I had won a auction bid and my item was lost or misplaced by the auctioneer. I was lied too several occasions saying my items was shipped USPS and on their way. Not true one week later I get a call from Littlebull.online auction saying they lost my bid item . I honestly didn't believe them . It was obvious to me they kept the items for themselves and screwed me over. Dishonesty and Cheats is how I can best describe Littlebull.online auction. If you win a good bid deal Littlebull.online auction will keep the item or items for themselves. 100% Dishonest to customers!

My first auction conducted by Little Bull at Peterson Hardware, Altamont, KS was pretty disappointing. Auction staff obviously made little preparations for auction day, bringing items to auction in a haphazard, disorderly mix of antiques, appliances, building fixtures, and new hardware. Due to their lack of preparation, very few buyers were able to even see what was being sold and left as a result. As the day wore on, auction staff suddenly started a second auction ring in another part of the building without prior notice, making it impossible for buyers to attend the full auction. There were multiple items I had hoped to buy, but could not even place a bid because I could not be in two auction rings at the same time. These problems resulted in a disservice to both buyer and seller.To their credit, their auctioneers were friendly and easy to understand, they had a good sound system, their clerks accurately recorded sales, and the checkout process was fast and easy.

The only reason this company is getting one star is because there isn't an option for no stars. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO WITH LITTLE BULL AUCTION AND SALES FOR YOUR AUCTION!!!We chose them for our auction in El Dorado, and they royally screwed us over. The didn't unpack anything from any boxes to put in flats, they didn't even come to go through things until the day before the auction. They let boxes of hundreds of collectible cards, comics, and diecast go for pennies on the dollar! If they had unpacked like they said they would, we would have gotten a lot more for our stuff.Then, to top it all off, they didn't bother to clean up the trash afterwards, after telling us they would. When confronted about the lack of service, we were treated rudely, and basically told "Tough crap. Deal with it." Of all the money made, we got less than half.Horrible service, lousy auctioning, and poor customer relations!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

Great company. I have used them in the past and attended several auctions.
