Overall a very good experience. DeeRon did a great job and was extremely helpful. Out of all the different dealerships we visited throughout Manhattan and JC, he was the best. Low stress and seemed to look out for our best interest. There was a little disagreement from manager to manager, but they were honest, upfront and true to their word. We walked away happy with our purchase.

The service was at par-level today when I went in for an oil change. It took an awfully long time to finish the service, and while I waited, I watched all of the employees try to upsell the car services to other patrons (which I understand happens everywhere). The lady at the front desk was not very friendly, but I got the work done needed.

My son went there on Friday night to look at a car. When he was there after hours, he found the keys to the vehicle on the hood. He then put his name and number on the key and put it in the drop box. He called and told them where he had put the key. I was upset because they didn't ask if he was interested or not. So I called out and talked to the sales manager he stated to come out. They made an appointment with him to see the car at 2:00. We got there before then when we arrived. I observed two ladies looking at the car. When I went and talked to the GSM, he stated he had no idea where we were coming from. I asked what the point was to set up an appointment and drive from Topeka to Manhattan if they were not going to let you look at the car you made the appointment to look at. Then he processed to tell me it's like at Best Buy or any retail store they have to sell cars. Again, I asked why they make appointments for people to drive over 50 min to not get to look at the car they set the appointment for. He then blamed it on my son because he didn't say he was coming from not on themselves because we were there 15 to 20 min early. Then they tell my son well you say the word, and we will tell the girl you had first dibs. So another word, you be the jerk, so we don't have to be. I then called out to the dealership to ask for the person in charge to talk with them. I was mad and I felt not only did my husband and I deserved an apology but my son deserved a thank you for keeping their car from being stolen by putting the key in the service box after locking the car, and then an apology for wasting his time by setting an appointment up than selling the car right before he got there. Which was funny because he had already gotten pre approved for that car. I got no response back.Now, mind you, they were going to give us the best customer service, top-notch service! I would hate to see their bad customer service!

These guys are crooked. They call based on an inquiry and don't have their facts/info together and make you feel under appreciated and valued! I ask about a truck that they say online that is there. Come to find out it isn't and, oh by the way, they admit to a 5k mark up because of popularity! Really?!?! Good Luck with that. Never will walk through those doors or deal with these criminals!!!

My husband and I had gotten into a really bad wreck which totaled my car and we were in a rental worried about how to get me a new one in such a time crunch. Yes we didn't have the best credit but Kealo was absolutely amazing at helping us and the finance office worked some magic and got me into an amazing car after my husband and I had been looking at other places for a few days. Cannot recommend this dealership enough!

Unfortunately this is the only Honda dealer in town. We shopped, and ordered our CR-V on line and that was seamless process. (We were living out of state at the time.) When we went to pick it up things went sour quickly. We filled out all the paperwork and drove away thinking that was an easy car purchase. Then, 2 days later, we received a call from them stating they had written the wrong VIN number on all the paperwork. So we returned to the dealer and resigned all the paperwork, which we had to wait from them to regenerate, and drove off thinking things were taken care of. Boy were we wrong. The loan application had already been submitted with the incorrect VIN number, so we received a notice from Honda about the payment schedule for the incorrect car. We assumed Little Apple would resubmit the paperwork for the new loan. Well after repeated phone calls, visits to the dealership, and a change in business managers we finally were able to get the correct document. But again this was only after we called them. This process took over a month. This was to say nothing of having to resubmit everything to the DMV and our insurance company. The final straw was when we took the car in for the oil change and tire rotation recently and discovered that after 17,000 miles the tires had only 1/32" of tread left and should be replaced. Their reaction; we can sell you some new tires. No offer to adjust the price on a new set or to check into warranty. UPDATE, Vic in the service department worked with me to discount the price of the tires and cut the installation charge in half. I appreciated the gesture. But, I will not purchase another car from this dealer.

I contacted this dealership in regards to getting a specific vehicle early in the morning on March 31st and was told a seller would be in touch soon. Late April 2nd approximately 72hrs later I was contacted and asked if there was any specific vehicles I was looking for. Obviously if you ask for more information about a specific vehicle it should be a simple task. It means I am looking at THAT vehicle. However due to the late response from the seller the vehicle was sold earlier that day. They didn't even find it necessary to tell me it was sold. Since it appears they don't appreciate customers or take them seriously I will take my business elsewhere.
