Several washers and dryers don't work. Air conditioner broken in the workout room. The lady in the main office is rude and disrespectful. She treats people terribly. I watch some kids go down to the pool. She yelled at them in front of everyone and told them to leave the pool. They even told her the apartment number and she said she didn't recognize them. My kids no longer want to swim there. Please do not go there! Find a place to rent where management treats people with respect and dignity.Response from the owner 46 minutes agoValerie, although we don't have you listed as a resident here in the community, we're disappointed to read this feedback. Our pool policies state that children under a certain age must be accompanied by an adult. This was the third time that this kind of incident occurred. If you have any further concerns about anything, please contact our office at your earliest convenience, thank you.It saddens me that the day after my review was posted on google the family was suspended from the pool. Even though the renter did not write the review. I apologize that the renter and his children were retaliated against due to my review. Second there was a very responsible 18 year old that walked them down and the father was on his way. The kids had not even step foot in the pool when they were approached.

Terrible office staff, they are SO unprofessional, rude, and pushy. They have done nothing but make our experience here terrible. No "24 hour security" like they claim to have, only gets called out and if it is called on you for no reason, you have to pay the fee. Although we RENT from THEM, they wanted to charge us $60 to have someone come out and inspect for bed bugs, which would've been the apartments fault, not ours (we have never had them). My mother lived here 30 years ago and we have the same old outdated wallpaper in our bathrooms as she had, and they refuse to fix it or let us fix it, at the very least. THIRTY YEAR OLD WALLPAPER that is coming off the walls and they will not simply rip it off and paint the bathrooms like the rest of our apartment AND refuse to let us and say we will be "charged" for it- like we wouldn't be doing them a huge favor. No cameras anywhere but the front entrance, so if your car gets broken into/tampered with, good luck! They also expect you to have your dog kenneled all day when you are not there, "in case of emergency and they have to enter" and so the dog cannot "destroy their property", that is bullshit and most dogs are great and would not do that, including ours. She does not get into anything, does not go to the bathroom in here, and sleeps all day. We should not have to kennel our dog every single day for their comfort, when she is well-behaved. We loved it here at first and love our apartment, but the management here has just ruined it. Everyone else I know that lives here hates them as well, so that should tell you it's not just us. It's just a general overall feeling of dislike for the management here- they demand respect and kindness but give nothing of the sort.

aggressive residents, a fitness center with broken equipment and a low roof so you can hit your head, the office changed payment systems 3 times and charges me twice for one month, a gate that is always open for anyone to come in and out, it took thieves all but 2 minutes to come in take my motorcycle and leave, an unmanned security desk... just a horrible place! Do not live here.

I just remembered something I have left out of my previous reviews about Lincoln meadows apartments. I was able to make friends with a tenant before I moved out. He was also moving out, when I asked him why. he Stated that he was beaten and robbed, at gunpoint, it really shocked me because I remembered hearing a gunshot if not gunshots the night that this happened. This may or may not be indicative of the neighborhood where Lincoln Meadows Apartments is. But I am submitting this review for prospective tenants to consider before moving in. the electronic Gates did not work when I lived there allowing easy access to any and everybody who wanted to enter the property for better or worse. And I believe that is why this particular tenant was assaulted, I also want to warn any tenants presently living there who plan to vacate to absolutely make sure you do a walk-through WITH SOMEONE AND TAKE PICTURES!! . I made the mistake of trusting them to return at least part of my deposit, I left it cleaned and put the key on the counter. it was cleaned with very minor scrapes because I have a power chair and the apartment is not outfitted for disabled people. I want to warn any tenant presently there who plans to vacate to MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE you do a walk-through with someone from the staff, if you do not they will claim you left your apartment dirty and trashed and although you will have cleaned it and entrusted them to deal honestly and fairly with you they will say you left it damaged and dirty and trashed, and they will steal your deposit I warn you. money is the god of this landlord not good character and honesty.

I lived here for one year only. The apartment itself was not bad. I had very few problems while living there, save for a very large dumpster fire near my balcony. It was upon moving out that I learned of the deceit going on here.During the walkthrough when we moved in, not only did the manager ignore anything I noticed and only wrote down the things she thought was important enough, she told us that the carpet was new and therefore did not need to be looked at. Halfway through our years there, I got two cats. Upon getting them I payed an extra pet deposit and this complex added on additional rent for pets. (I personally think that this is not fair. After all, the rent is the same whether there is one or two people living in the apartment, but add a cat and it should cost more? I think a deposit should be enough). Then at the end of the year, rent went up and I decided I could no longer afford the apartment. Moving time. During the walkthrough when we moved out, the manager used a blacklight to look for urine stains in the carpet and found none. I was there as well and did not see anything. Then days later when I went to turn in my keys, I was informed that the carpet was actually ruined and needed to be replaced on my dime. I said I wanted to see these stains that seemed to have "appeared" since I was in the apartment last. The carpet was pulled up and I was shown many stains on the underside that were not visible on the top. This included a very large red koolaid stain in the bedroom, and many urine stains along the wall, ONLY in the dining area. These stains were very odd to me because first of all, I think I would remember spilling red drink in my bedroom and then cleaning the carpet on the top, and second, cats do not pee on walls like that (and why wasn't the pee on the top of the carpet?) I was then informed of the "good news" that the carpet wasn't actually new when we moved in, so I wouldn't have to pay as much to replace it. Lincoln Meadows lied about the state of the carpet when I moved in, persuaded me not to look at it, then tried to pin mystery stains on me. It appeared to me that the previous tenant had kenneled a puppy in the dinning room, explaining the strange pattern of stains. Not only did they keep my deposit, they wanted almost a grand extra for the new carpet. I refused to pay and they said they would report it to collections. They never did, thank goodness. But I would have taken them to court. Because of the lack of carpet appraisal when I moved in, not only could I not prove that I didn't do it, they could not prove that I did.If you chose to live here, don't let them take advantage of you!

I have been living at Lincoln Meadows for years, and I will warn you they will not fix things. My ac has been broken for a YEAR, and they have not fixed it. Every time I call, they say they are calling me back and nobody does. A YEAR. If they "fix it," they say it's beyond repair and put WATER in it. I used to say this place was great about fixing things, but this is beyond ridiculous. I do not recommend them anymore, find a place that provides the service you pay them for. At one point, I would have given five stars, but after this past year... one. There are have been other issues, but not as bad as this one. I can't wait to move. Find somewhere else is my personal recommendation.
